Thanks to Rouses Markets for allowing us to bring smiles to the faces of the great people of Golden Meadow La. Along with Louisiana Pepper Exchange and WSauce we were able to give away 350 Pastalaya plates!!!
This man deserves an award for his service in his community. He's a rare breed the world would be better if there were more people like him. edit: thanks for making me top comment💪
If everyone had that mentality maybe the world wouldn't be such a shit show right now, it's really too bad. I keep telling myself if I hit any lotto or any of that I'm opening a charity towards addiction (recovering addict 7 years clean now). I found while getting clean there was all the help to get clean but nothing afterwards, no help to get my teeth fixed, no mental help aside from NA meetings, if I was on the street I would've been screwed. Not everyone ends up there on purpose...
Bro, if you're ever in the central Arkansas area, _please_ let me volunteer to help you out. I will drive myself to you, work free, and you don't even have to feed me-- I just want to learn directly from the master!
This is what America is all about. Sharing what you have and taking care of your neighbors, family, friends, and strangers regardless of creed, race, religion, or orientation.
out of hundreds of youtubers I've watched go from small time to big time, you are the FIRST that gives back to the community you're from the way you do. Keep it up, I love it!
I miss these local specialties that you'll just never have unless you've lived in Louisiana or have traveled there with someone who is from there. Things like this and yakamein are always good. And driving and hour out of your way for the perfect boudan!! Now I'm hungry!!
@@devil-dog_thump716 We come over from Texas for the same thing!! I was lucky enough to live in NOLA for a few years & I do miss both the city and the country over there in LA. It's a truly unique American treasure. You've really been 'taken in' the first time you catch yourself calling a shopping cart a buggy or the first time you get invited to a back yard cookout or boil from one of your neighbors.
We got one of these things up here in rural NC, at least twice a year there’s a huge community barbecue and they make a homemade vinegar barbecue sauce that you can only get on those days, and I’ve never found anything similar to it, it’s so good.
Damn that looks good also thanks for being a stand up community member. Never been to Louisiana but folks like you sure make it seem like a real special place. That's money dude.
If people complain about what this man is serving to his community...yall need to do better than him then! And let us know how they appreciate you! This is money duu!!!! Much love for the man who always gives back.
I wanna move down there and become friends helping ppl like he does. Being a recent late stage 4 cancer survivor all I wanna do is motivate ppl. I’ll hydrate with some high quality h2o tho. That’s money dude!
Love seeing this. Good old country boy giving back. I smoke around 8-10 racks of ribs and give out to my neighbors and I love seeing their face. Honestly people. If you’ve never given something out just to se people be happy, try it. How you feel after you change someones day is life changing

I'm from Tennessee, but my wife's whole family is from South Lafourche. Her grand daddy was the football couch at the high school for years! God bless you brother!
