Also I have been to Thai hotels and the safe isn’t even bolted down, you can just pick it up and carry it away, needless to say I didn’t use the safe 😂

In the USA , I heard about a group of Nigerians that traded Baht for Dollars with an extra 10% located at 2 spots in Bangkok. Once I returned to Thailand I reported them to the Thai FBI for Counterfeiting. Another time a gang of 13 Nigerians were living together inside a studio condo and always at expensive food at the mall and not the local food. They oppressed the local Thai and I was tipped off they were drug dealers. I immediately reported them to the Thai DEA! 😂😂

There are many hotels in Bangkok that cater to that type of guest . Leave your valubles safley tucked away in your room you dont bring anyone up to . When I stay in Bangkok I will normally hide anything I want to be safe somewhere tucked inside my bag . But generally I dont travel with valubles or keep a lot of cash on me . For sure no gold .

Good morning, from U.S, you give such good advice, people need to pay attention to their surroundings. Be on guard, like you mention. Why I the world he invited those ladys up to his room? That just asking for it… I don’t invite people I know to my room, he don’t know these two ladys. I think most guys bring women up to their room, I'm sure most are not going to rent a hotel room. I wonder what the percentages are of getting robbed. I would think African woman would be higher risk.

@@UTCM I'm married, so won't be happening to me. It's sort of surprising the hotel safes are so easy to get into-that is the scary part. I wonder if that's true here n the states, or it's a Thailand thing.
