And the 2nd time was prime, right? Man what a jump.... the models in prime are still impressive imo. I think samus looked the best in prime. The suit is like doomguy level
Yeah, the theme invokes those feelings of the original. There were certainly more frightening themes in the OG Metroid, but Brinstar was meant to get you in the groove and have a catchy tune with high energy. It lost that a lot later on, but I was very happy back when I was younger to here it so glorified as it was in Smash Bros 64.
The Melee one goes hard, and I love it for that since two reasons: 1. Melee was my first smash game, 2. It's just a genuine banger, like literally amazing
Check Metroid Prime Pinball. Brawl uses a near point-for-point port of the Pinball version, just a little more polished and adding the fun but obnoxious on replays dialogue.
