My nephew was ito skateboarding & BMX racing from the age 5-16yrs. I spent more time in the Emergency Room with broken bones, concussions, cuts, etc. I give him credit he continued to get back up & kept going. At 17yrs he joied the Army & is still ative duty. He's been deployed 7x & now is Special Forces.

I'm a 64 year old woman. In 1989 I was in the attic and slipped on a beam which made me straddle it hard. The pain was excruciating. All I could say was "Now I know how guys feel when they get hurt there". I've never laughed at a man getting hit there after that.

I realize that skateboarding and biking are usually self-taught skills, but the one thing I learned in gymnastics - you must learn how to fall without hurting yourself. I'd hope some veteran skater would give hints so the falls aren't that....nasty.

This video has a few bad bumps, but the real slams like Jake Brown at the X Games are never covered in these “oops I fell” videos

Same with motorcycle or jet ski racing that's the first thing thy teach you is how to fall and glide. But the guy at 11:24 probably isn't alive. He probably sliced up from the post on tht guard rail. Thoe domt turn out well and with cars too. I've seen them graded up like shredded cheese.

Most snow would be a better landing. But the really packed snow can feel almost as bad as concrete.

Extreme sport fails are one of the funniest things ever. I also have to admire how these guys learn to do this stuff just eating it constantly. 3:02 reminds me of California Games on NES. But the girl that did the flip in the pool might have fallen but she didn't fail. She went hard. Also, 5:45 looks like Bill Burr. And the guy at 7:02 looks like Michael Scott.

I prefer watching bull riding, because those bulls cut them no slack. Plus in the 70s we rode and jumped our stingrays like Evel Knievel, and I wrecked quite a few times myself.

If I had the choice between landing on grass, snow or concrete, I would take grass or snow. Landing on concrete hurts like hell and I have a few scars from learning to ride my bike and riding too fast down hills and falling and landing on cement. Also my tailbone is permently messed from trying to learn to both roller skate and skateboard and landing on my butt on cement

CALL A DOCTOR!!! Damn, I felt everyone of these. The one that was sledding down the steep hill & slide face first into the dirt/ground. I would hate to see his dental & hospital bill. He was moving so fast & then slid into the ground, my 1st fought was a broken jaw. The guy with the splits, damn he tore his private parts up. I recognised a few of the spots that are localish. I've also seen a few of these clips on other channels.

11:24 thy dude is deleted or very badly hurt I've been in the fire service for 25 years.And I've seen people rejected from a car going less than nag.I was and it greater to mump like a piece of cheese.I mean literally that guard rail sliced them by four pieces

Ya I wouldn’t b surprised. He was heading straight for the posts of that guard rail. I mean I hope he’s ok but I’m really not sure he is.

I used to skate, for like 8 years. You learn to take less fall damage but yeah youre gonna get hurt lol Thankfully all i ever did was sprain an ankle and dislocate a shoulder

I don’t play much sports , due to having a life size future as a crash test dummy in everything I’ve tried ! Don’t get me wrong I had fun but when the emergency room staff knows you by name when your covered in blood - time to do a puzzle or something safe

I think my favorite dangerous "extreme sport" to watch is the Cooper's Hill Cheese-Rolling and Wake. It may not be technically considered an extreme sport, but it should be. And there are great wipeouts! :-)

I took part in one of the cheese rolling races years ago. I made it about 15 paces before i lost control, flipped 3 damn times and felt my ankle snap. It's the strangest thing... I didn't want cheese for AGES after that.

Seriously, watching all those poor people land on their backs, bums, and arms; made my 41 year old abused bones just start hurting. I wasn't into the things shown in the video, but in the past 41 years, I have managed to break my left leg 2 times, both my arms 2 times, my back about 6 times, and my bum 2 times. It may not hurt them now, but give it sometime they will be wishing that they would have been more careful. And come on, playing football on skates, that was awesome.

I’ve been to so many skating and bmx events and shows. There’s nothing like the noise of a body hitting concrete and then not moving. It’s fucking horrifying and I can’t stop watching

I love to watch extreme sports. The idiots are the ones not wearing head protection. They land on other body parts then their head smacks onto the hard surface. I imagine most of them had concussions. If you get too many concussions your brain will get permanently damaged. 😢

Kabir maybe a change in titles such as 'Idiots' or 'Idiots on wheels ' is more appropriate? Just a suggestion. 😅 I have to admit the kid that fell off his skateboard, landed on his arm then got up with his arm bent in the wrong way, had every bone in my body feeling his pain. Damn I hope he sought medical attention.
