Destroyed 8.649.000 Nazis of which only 3.500.000 germans. And the companies Ford, GM, Standart oil, IBM, Coca Cola, Kodak and others throug hout the war, incluideng after the opening of the second front, which was essentially unnecessary at that time, lend liase the Germans. Prior to that, a second front had been requested twic. Only after the battly for Moscow, the battle for Stalingrad and the battle of Kursk opened a second front. Our son lived in Lithuania for two years in 2001-2003. Russia had a presence there but seemed to recognize the independence of the Lithuanian people. Whenever I see videos like this one, I am very concerned for the people of the Baltic nations.

The info on the Baltic states in this video is precisely why they have consistently demanded assistance, AND why they consistently send aid to Ukraine, because they know failure to defend there would spell their own downfall. Hence we have forward deployed Marines to Latvia, USAF is in Germany and Poland, US Army has moved forward to Poland & sent small units to Estonia, & USN has 'visited' Lithuania...

Very interesting. I do think he is right that the greatest weakness of the west is our relative softness (which is part of our strength) that time and again gives Russia a break of sorts in the 1) fear that Russia will go nuclear, and 2) sue for peace before conquering the enemy. If there is a third I think it would be that we are so wedded to the desire for Russia to be at equilibrium that we often, in my opinion, actually do what we can to keep their leadership in place and going, while complaining about them all of the time. I honestly would use the Baltics as the bait. Just like the video said, Russia will use the victory as complete propoganda and the selling point to its people and would be super zealous about that victory. They would move to bolster that region, and the smart move would be to have destroyed enough in the region of Crimea combined with the sabotage of certain infrastucture that could essentially get quite a bit of Russian forces into the Baltics but a blockage at a point between Norway, Denmark, and Sweden with a carrier strike group would stop them moving into those countries without going really far North, which is crazy. If much of the Russian fleet was destroyed in Crimea, then another choke point and blockage could easily be enacted in the Black Sea and Sea of Azov region. It is very much like a rat in a trap at that point..... let them in and win the Baltics, but don't let them out. If special operations could be successful and destroy key infrastucture then it would limit Russia very much from any resupply as the sea would in the Baltics and the South in Crimea would be blockaded. That would leave small gaps of land Russia would have to use a resupply with them having to use Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania as options and Belarus would probably be the staging ground where resupply woukd go having to go North from there. If it is done right it would force them to use so many resources just to resupply, and that isn't even talking about mass transport of weapons because the soldiers would need food, so Russia would have to choose. Crimea would be secure, any further expansion West into Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Germany (etc.) would also not be an option. Russia would either have to be content with the small areas of land they grabbed and then attempt to keep it or eventually restreat back to Russia with no real way to resupply available. I wouldn't put it past Putin to actually use multiple tactical nukes to retreat but then nuke the area of land in the Baltic regions that Russia had won to stop any advancement from Nato to retake that territory. It would be a sick way to cover his retreat in a manner of speaking, and it would be really nuking his own territory, and not really that different than what happens (or happened) when countries used to test nuclear weapons. There were never any real consequences of that because countries did it in their own soil and areas they controlled. Not sure it would prompt any nuclear response since Putin did it to his own land. It would prompt condemnation most likely but also make that area a wasteland for a while, which would also mean Russia wouldn't be able to retake it once they retreated either. He would then likely live in hiding the rest of his life or slip out of a 30 story window somewhere, assuming his command would even comply with his orders to use the nukes in his own land. Properly used.... the Wagner group could be tasked as an asset to deal with Russia in Belarus, which is where Russia would have the most areas of land to attemtp resupply, and a treaty could be made with Wagner if they got to keep Belarus once it was over. Interesting times we live in for sure.

I would hope that the war situation would not come to this but I would say considering current situations Russia wouldn't want that to happen. Russia really not seeming to be doing very well with Ukraine right now. The only thing that could get icy is if someone gets antsy with nuclear power at hand. If that happens then I hope everyone knows who God is. Because the end is coming.

This is giving russia way to much credit, i doubt they could put up this good a fight even before they blew most of their arms and armament stockpiles, trained manpower and trashed their reputation (as a first rate military) that would have been at least some help from a morale standpoint. Nato even partially mobilized would wipe the floor with them. I doubt they could even take the Baltics before finland was outside Saint Petersburg, poland, germany and the US wouldn't take long to be on the way and all of nato could have airpower in the region in no time, and yes i know the US presence in germany isn't massive but its enough along with a couple german and polish divisions that are inky a few days out to put a massive wrench in any plans. Also lets not act like the russians could suprise us, our news outlets knew russian unit distribution as well if not better than they did at the start of the war which is pathetic.

Have yall created a video about these islands knows as Adolf Islands due to the German occupation of these English territories during WW2? The Germans held these channel islands till end of war and set up defense bunkers and had large concentration camps on them and utilized slave labor. Wondering if yall discussed this part of your own history where you live?

Great Britain punches above its weight class and is working on getting stronger after years of reducing its military and the US lets people know about only 2/3's of its mitary capability on average at any time. For example the first stealth fighter was being used for a decade before the world knew of it. The same with the SR-71, and there are always missles upgraded and developed that no one knows about. As long as it doesnt go nuclear NATO would crush Russia.
