Daz and his wife seem like hip, cool, down to earth good people. Sophie seems to be a lady with style and sweetness. Great energy and entertaining reactions !
I will say Russell Westbrook, Patrick Beverly and Draymond Green are some of the biggest shit talkers in the league. Enjoying the NBA reactions. Would love you to do a Steph Curry compilation.
These "savage" moments are uninteresting compared to mic'd up moments where players are just talking and joking among themselves in the NFL or NBA. There are some great videos out there with legendary players talking about Larry Bird being the greatest trash talker of all time which is actually entertaining.
I think the tallest player was Porzingis at 7'3, but now I'm seeing Wembanyama listed at 7'5 coming into the league with a skill set similar to Kevin Garnett. That guy is going to be insane
Apparently Wemby was just measured by the Spurs and barefoot he's 7'3" and 1/2 inch. So in shoes on the court he's basically 7'5". I think he's exactly as tall as Boban. Never seen the KG comp though. I don't think Wemby has any comparison. There's literally never been a player that height with his skillset
Daz doesn't understand how the NBA works. He seems to be under the impression that all NBA players got recognition in some public court in the projects. That is so far from reality. These guys are watched from high school, the best are offered scholarships. Not one player was ever signed off the streets. These Britts ,all they know is that silly soccer.
@@jartstopsign the ability to run the court and be physically strong enough against other strong and athletic competition is important, Tacko is just not in enough shape, height doesn't mean anything. Heart matters too.
*OK Daz and family* SUBSCRIBED to your 3rd channel.! You keep adding channels and I'm going to need a Blokes and Brits folder on my tablet, haha.... I would say MAYBE 40% in the NBA are 6'7" or more, no more than that. Jordan was 6'6" fyi...... but then again, I'm 6'4" and I only played in college back when Magic and Larry owned the NBA so maybe you got something there, lol..... *CHEERS EVERYONE*
2:30 despite baseball being my favorite sport, basketball is by far the sport I find myself playing most often just because of how accessible. All I need is a ball and a court and I can shoot hoops for hours at a time by myself and it’s great
@@GodLovesComics Basketball will catch up some day. For its accessibility and individuality of varying style. Basketball is still very young in sports world so it will take time, but its popularity has been flourishing globally.
@@beanscollections2020 Well you're not getting what I'm saying. Basketball is actually enormously popular globally and is indeed played all over the world. China is a huge NBA market (as long as no one ever makes the "egregious" mistake of saying Taiwan is a country). It's just in terms of accessibility soccer is the simplest of all sports. Simple rules and needs zero infrastructure. Just an open space to kick a ball around. It doesn't even always need a ball. Kids in the most impoverished places have kicked around their own handmade balls of twine and even aluminum foil. So no sport can match that accessibility. However there are also plenty of Bball courts in even the most remote places, so it played all around the world as well.
@@GodLovesComics I get ya, I was simply trying to reinforce your statement as basketball is the closest to soccer as far as accessibility goes. I suppose I did not relay that clearly tho, my mistake. No argument from me haha
I was at that game where LeBron told his kids ‘ok want me to get it? Ok I’ll get it’, then he went and beat Kareem’s record for most points ever for a player. Yeah Lakers lost that game, there was no defense on either side. I was there tho. Big moment for me and everyone else there. Got an amazing free shirt on the way out of the arena.
1:45 i remember watching this game with a huge Bucks fan, it hurt to witness Jimmy hit crazy shot after crazy shot 😂 those shots were tough to begin with, let alone during the last 2 minutes of a playoff game. still cant believe he sank those. but as I always say, KD better
Boban Marjanovic was the tallest player in the nba this past season. He is 7'4" and came off the bench for the Houston Rockets. He is Serbian and a character! He is close with Luka and Jokic and there are many good videos and photos of their friendships on and off the court online. Boban is funny and has 5'3" wife.
the kid drafted first just a few days ago..... easy once in a generation pick some even say lifetime. only his career will tell. 7'5 french man victor membanyama that plays like a guard. these athletes are getting ridiculous, i just hope he stays healthy. in history injuries have plagued those type of players. should have a look
British family reacts to mic'd up moments of a game noone on there understands nor know the players? Not everyone is 6'7. I gave a view I suppose since I watched hoping there was some understanding at a point.
Fall is 7'6 but he is on that deal overseas. The average NBA player is 6'6. You can not even walk on at most D-1 schools unless you're 6'6. Even Curry looks small in videos but he's like 6'3-6-4 with shoes on. It's a game for giants. Jokic is 7 even so is Durant. Some players will downplay their height in order to play a specific position. KD is 7 feet tall. Easily. 💯
if you knew what to look for this video had everything, from ex Presidential candidate and super religious senator Mitt Romney talking shit to players to NBA's ex dynamic duo KD & Westbrick getting in each others face about to fight. loved it!
-No, they actually mic players up. They have actual lavaliere mics in their uniforms. The directional mics they hold on the sidelines can't catch sound like that. They are for more ambience than anything else....When you hear them clearly, the player is usually mic'd up or close to a player who is. When you can barely hear them, they aren't and it's being picked up by a sideline mic. -As of last season, I believe Boban Marjanovic of the Dallas Mavericks and John Wick fame was at 7'4" or 2.24 m with Kristaps Porzingis, same team, being next at 7'3" or 2.21m tall... BUT, I think if nothing changes next season, it will be newly drafted rookie Victor Wembanyama from France and on the Spurs at 7'5". All three in Texas, lol -The trash talking is weak in the NBA these days. Look up videos on Gary Patton, who would CONSTANTLY talk to everyone on the court and when he couldn't find anyone he would talk trash to himself! Larry Bird was another, just constant trash talking... Both would also back it up. Something most who do it today can't do consistently...
I really love your channel! You have a lovely family and can relate to you and the Mrs. the most since I am around your ages. Much love from Pittsburgh!
No One Reacts to mugsy…. Dude won a dunk contest at 5’4” I was almost his Height when i played basketball in school….every kid in USA felt like they/we had a chance in the NBA
