I was also looking for land in Zamboanguita in early 2000. Most of the land available was too hilly for what I wanted. It's nice to travel out there since they have repaved the road.

Let me get this straight. So you need security with iron grills on the windows but you bash your neighbor for building a security wall? Which is it? It's fine if you don't like the look of it and can plant but walls do help with security and maybe they have children or at worst have experienced past issues. You are very well spoken and built a wonderful home and I am happy for you and your family.

Thanks for your best wishes. You make a good point about the wall but if everyone builds 8 foot grey walls the place will soon look and feel like a collection of prison encampments. Wouldn't it be better to have lower fences and security can be managed in better more imaginative ways?

@@julianwright6012 Yes it would be but some may not have the luxury, intelligence as a group, money or time to accomplish a different way. You're a good intelligent person with a very good heart. I understand you.
