Bruh chill out, idk if you know this but majority of North Indians like mixing the two to reduce the spice. In the south we’d always have hot chenna with a lot of spice and generally just the jaljheera water to up the spice 😂some people call them “Panic Pooris” I feel like mixing both of them becomes too much at times and it’s too sweet 🤷🏽♀️
The amount of time you people took.. We Indians would have eaten 25 + pieces.. How difficult is it to make a hole with your thumb 👎.. And that sos or pani (water) What is it ?? Someone's FOOLING YOU GUYS 😂🤣

First, you have to fill potato stuffing in the puri. Then a little bit of Red Tamarind Chutney. After that you have to fill upto full with green water (made of mint leaves). They eat it in one Go
Personally my favourite is the green water that is citrusy mint water...but tamarind is also good..u would have mixed tamarind sauce n green water altogether...that would be a bomb blast in ur mouth

when you know ..whatever the're trying ,it'll be x3 better if they eat in India. (from pani puri wale bhaiya) . that's sweet because you add sonth(sweet chutney) too much(not even necessary) only potato fillings and green water is must

the potato filling and red chutney looked perfect. but y did they all say water was lemony?? was it wrongly prepared? i think it should taste tangy, spicy, sweet, minty more than lemony
The actual liquid is the green one. The red one is mixed so as to make the pani puri a little sweeter so that its not too spicy. Hence both are mixed. Each one is put in small amounts but red one is lesser in quantity proportionately.
Guys you have to pour both liquid sweet one and salty one and then eat.....that's perfect taste😄and the amount of time you take to make one Pani Puri we indian can eat 30+ Pani poori that India guys😄😄🇮🇳🇮🇳😄 and u have to use your thumb to make hole in it not knife or spoon😄😄
Why do people who try out indian food try to separate each spice component and taste it? Panipuri is a rainbow of taste of different spices and you should blend all the sweet, sour and citrusy flavours in one go and taste. It's like a party in your mouth

It is supposed to be eaten the way that first you fill the potato filling, a little of red tamarind sauce and then dip the whole thing in the green water and eat it....
We usually use chole here he uses beans instead of chole you should try it with chole and you can adjust it with their ingredient if you want sweet you can use tamarind chutney if you want spices you can use green water
