I don’t believe that Africans came to Australia at all! The Australian Aboriginals have been here for at least 60,000 years, well before ships existed. The closest walking distance would have been Asia, but there’s no Asian influence in Aboriginal physical features nor their culture. God created everything and He chose to put different peoples in different parts of the Earth. Australia’s native flora and fauna are unique in the world. Consequently we now have very strict biosecurity controls in place to prevent foreign animals ever crossing our borders again, because they clash with ours and destroy it.
Bro you do realise at one point in time all the continents were connected most of human existence started around the African region and it’s not a stretch to suggest there may have been African people here for thousands of years hell the indigenous people may even be decent of them people were not just spawned or created for specific reasons they traveled there
