The Army National Guard hosted a group of Wounded Warriors from the United Kingdom and Denmark along with their support teams at the Army Guard headquarters in Arlington, Virginia October 25th. SFC Robert Stephenson has the story.
Wow, as a Belfast Brit I love this. Sometimes are boys and girls be overlooked and it is often portrayed on most media platforms that America overlooks the sacrifice made by British troops fighting side by side with our American cousins for over 100 years, but this proves otherwise. As a Brit my dad always spoke fondly about the Americans he me tin action in WW2 - he said he always felt safe when they were around - so thank you USA for being there form my father and our troops - god bless USA ! - a great country with great people -

Isnt it sad that our veterans me being one of them are celebrated more in the US than the UK ! In the UK we're treated alot worse especially from our own government ! So I'd like to say thank you to our family across the pond for doing this for my military brothers and sisters !

I walked round lady bower dam the other week with my old man.. nothing at all about barnes Wallace.. couldn't understand why.. dads 70 .. asked him why.. quite simply said it's what they had to do. And don't need thanking. They are real men son. War is not to be celebrated. If you want to learn of their contributions read a book... he looked so angry that nothing commemorated them i seen it in his eyes. But he turned it into that.. that's the British

It doesn’t matter the war! It’s the brother/sister/cousin hood our countries share which makes us an unstoppable force. Our countries called on us to fight and we stood up.
