Abraham Ebuka Wasn't this aired in 1999? But who cares 1998 was the best. Feel so great because at least I was born in 1990 remember stuff from mid and late 90's, these shows, teen movies, songs and Mtv etc. Amazing childhood.
Every time I hear Britney's name I think of this episode as well as the cool book I had of hers it was a collectors issue magazine and I remember reading through it all the time
@@Videos-vn6yk That has got to be the DUMBEST comment I've ever seen! OF COURSE SHE CAN SING OTHERWISE SHE WOULDN'T HAVE A RECORD DEAL! ALSO U OBVIOUSLY HAVENT SEEN HER LIVE PERFORMANCES WITH VOCALS AND SHE SOUNDS AMAZING!
@@noemistephanie93 sorry, she can't sing and less with her 2 octaves. All of her performances are with playback. Anyways that is something everybody know so i m not here to argue about it.. Good day
Cross promotion...Melissa Joan Hart was in the film "Drive Me Crazy" which was one of Britney's hits so to get people to see the movie they had Britney guest star on "Sabrina the Teenage Witch" complete with the song as well as excerpts from the music video where Melissa made a cameo.
Let's appreciate Britney's solid ass work ethic, she's transported to an unknown place in the middle of a concert or rehearsal, confused out of the mind but she keeps performing anyway, queen 👑
@@cartooncottage2024 y’all overhyping this. Britney can indeed work hard but this episode doesn’t COUNT. Because she’s ACTING and it’s not real. Y’all even go as far as the duck in world.
@@actuallyterry when Sabrina wanted to make Battle of the Bands they all drank some potion to turn them into rockstars When Salem points out a bottle is missing it goes to the basketball court in the gym as you see all seven backstreet boys confusing it as a soda and they all drink it before belting out one of their hits. . I'm talking about them and Britney Spears
It’s incredible how Melissa is the only one who actually care about Britney !! She always speaks nice things about Britney and speaks so highly of Britney 💚
@@RenatoFalcon only two I think. She was a senior in season 4 (If I remember correctly, she was trying so hard to get to Adams college but couldn't since she lacked arts) . I can't remember if she was a freshman or sophomore in season 1.
B Luz Season 1 was the freshman year, season 2 was junior year (no sophomore year back then as high school was three grades), season 3 was either the second half of the junior year or the first half of the senior year (I can’t remember which), and season 4 was senior year.
Life’s trash now. And I hate that the world isn’t this amazing anymore. Britney will always be this girl in my heart and soul. I’m blessed that this was my childhood.
I really miss those carefree late 90s/early 2000s times. Not everything was about labeling people and using shows/movies to influence them. I really don’t know what went wrong.
9/11 is what went wrong, then the globalist/marxists exploited the crisis and attempted a full cultural takeover, which thankfully failed but the attempt near destroyed the west.
@Ashley shim We were talking about propaganda in entertainment and it's affect on people's attitudes. and I was explaining the motives behind the propaganda, and the reasons why it is even present in entertainment to begin with.
Notice how when Principal Kraft started dancing all the students DIDN’T pull out their phones. Granted it wasn’t like that back then, but those were the days. I’m 26 btw 😭😭😭😭 Love this show! Off to the BSB scene now lol ❤️
When Sabrina was unhappy and envied Britney for the people surrounding her (Britney) because she’s popular.... and Britney replied: “sometimes, it’s the loneliest place...”, I felt it.
You remember when your parents said to you: "When you're grown up, you'll wish to be young again." and you were like: "Naaaaaah." and now you're 29, you watch this video and you're like: "Damn, I want to be 12 again and watch this show every day.
Brings back so many memories! I was only 13 when this aired:) The 90’s and early 2000’s were so much fun:) 😀🙋🏼♂️👏🏼 The shows, fashion, music, you name it! I would totally go back in time to these days:)
I will never forget when Britney Spears first became popular. She became famous quick when she was like 15 or 16. It's amazing how she's still popular in the present day but not as popular as she was in the late 90s and early 2000s. Britney Spears was actually my very first celebrity crush when I was like 4 years old. I'm still a fan of hers to this day. When she guest starred on this episode of Sabrina the Teenage Witch I thought it was hilarious when Sabrina made her Principal dance to You Drive Me Crazy. When I was in high school I always wished I had magical powers to do that lol.
It's weird at 30, loads of things that should make me feel old - do not. But Sabrina? This finally made me feel old lol. Used to watch this religiously as a child.
This is prime Britney back when she was more innocent and only doing teenie bop music. I thought her acting was ok especially for jus 18 and a bit role. She really only ever did bit roles on TV til she later had a couple of Cheesy movies.
*I love that they did this and that Melissa Joan Hart was in Drive Me Crazy, and Brittney had her in the music video for this song! Including the video at the end was a nice touch!* ♥️
Melissa Joan Hart’s promoting her movie ‘Drive Me Crazy’ that’s why they had Britney here. It’d be nice to have Britney sing and dance in my living room though. LOL
For a clear perspective of time: Melissa Joan Hart was born on April 18, 1976. Britney Spears was born on December 2, 1981. This episode aired on September 24, 1999, right around the time Britney's "(You Drive Me) Crazy" single/music video came out as well as the time the movie Melissa starred in "Drive Me Crazy" came out. Melissa was 23 here and Britney was 17, going on 18. As of today (June 30, 2019), Melissa is 43 years old and Britney is 37.
Even though I don't listen to her music as much anymore Britney Spears will ALWAYS have an important place in my heart She was my first obsession as a kid and she was my first concert ❤
I remembered watching this episode in my pre-teens. It was a big deal at the time because it’s the most famous teenage pop singer guest starring in the show of the biggest teen actress of their generation. I was so sad that we didn’t get to record the episode because my older sister didn’t watch it with me at home.
Aw I kinda miss the 90’s. I was like 9 or 10 when this aired and I remember being super excited because my two favorite girls at that time were together on tv! :)
