The same can't be said about Britney. The only reason that happens is because Beyonce keeps performing everywhere she can whereas Britney stopped performing after VMA 2007. Britney has only performed a handful of times since the conservatorship started, and most of that was 2 weeks before the album release. Once she started Vegas, Britney didn't even perform on TV to promote album release, you have to travel to see her. If Britney performed on award shows and festivals etc. as many times as Beyonce, her albums would sell double what Beyonce is selling.
