Broccoli Cheese Chicken Casserole | All in one dish | Easy dinner idea to feed your family 

I'm a man and I do 95% of the cooking for my wife and I and I love a good casserole myself - everything in one dish makes it much easier. I was sure hoping you would've dished some on a plate so I could've seen the "texture" of it, seems one hour in the oven would've made it too dry - but I probably will give this a try because it looked good.

Growing up in SC I really don’t remember being aware of saying y’all until I became an adult and watching social media that made me realize that word! I love it when your husband Harold cooks with you because it reminds me so much of when my late husband Mike cooked with me in the kitchen. We always had the best time! My wonderful husband went to be with the Lord June 20th, 2018. He had Metastatic Malignant Melanoma cancer that went to his brain. We try to spread awareness for all cancers but especially Melanoma, brain and breast cancers. My Mama had breast cancer about 10 years ago, but it was caught early enough she only needed a lumpectomy and radiation treatment. My 25 y.o. daughter & I watch your videos all the time & she saw your husband for the 1st time a few weeks ago in one of your videos & said "He looks & talks just like a teacher!" LOL This video here confirmed she was spot on! LOL Just between you & I Mama Sue... I don't like math either, never have & never will & was never any good at it either! LOL Shhhhhh LOL I can't wait to try this delicious recipe!! Looks so yummy!! And I agree Harold... Everything is much better with Ritz crackers & butter!!🤣🤣💜💜🙏🏻🙏🏻💪🏻💪🏻

We don't use minute rice; you can parboil rice and use that in the recipe.

How should I cook the chicken that is used in the recipe? Just bake it in the oven, pressure cook it or some other way?

Do you cook the chicken before putting it into the casserole, or do you put it in raw?

My husband would use that trick to get out of doing things. Ha. HA

Do you have to use rice because i cant eat rice?

My Ex was an excellent cook! Miss his cooking! Not him though! Haahaha

You used cooked chicken, right? The recipe says to cook until the rice is tender and the chicken is done, which makes me think they used raw chicken.
