I appreciate the way you fast forward through the basics. Drives me crazy to see somebody chop an onion and then the entire sautéing process. Or just show the chopped-up onions and carrots. I think I could get to that point without watching somebody demonstrate how to do it. I would rather watch four or five short videos than one long one. Anyway, good job on your videos.
I had to come back on here and tell you how amazing this recipe is. Ive been looking for quick meals i can make for my super picky kids and i ran across the video. The only thing i did was made my rice in a cooker and compiled the ingredients. I was expecting it to taste ok... But lady it was FANTASTIC and my kids cleaned their plates and asked for seconds which almost NEVER happens. THANK YOU

I made this today.........felt like something "comforting" and this was perfect. I like recipes that don't use canned "cream of...". I do use those when I am out of time but I really like making my own cream sauce. This was incredibly delicious as are all your recipes. Thank you!
So delicious. I tweaked the recipe a bit- doubled the rice & put half a jar of cheese whiz and 1 cup of the shredded sharp cheddar in my mushroom sauce. 💜

I made this for dinner for me and my two roommates and the pan was almost empty by the time they were done with it. Definitely a winner. I threw in two shredded chicken breasts and it was very good. Italian bread crumbs on top 👌 Delicious

I loved this easy recipe, I didn’t find heavy cream at store so I replaced it with cream of chicken and vuala... super delish my husband loved it even my kids... thx for sharing

I was watching the other one though with the canned soup and that's just fine. But I did want to tell you that the way you put the different ingredients into a bowl so that all showed was to me very helpful and I liked that way of explaining how you cook and what you put in. I made this recipe last night. That mushroom soup alone was soooo damn good by itself!!! I did not have velveeta, but I added 1/5 sharp cheddar cheese in the rice and 4/5 on top . Thank you so much for the recipe! It was sooooo good!
I tried this dish tonight only thing I did different was I did not do the mushrooms only because I didn't have any, and I added chicken so I stir fried my chicken and made the roux and it was absolutely fantastic thank you so much.
Made this yesterday omg it was a big hit my niece and nephews loved it. My sister called me asking for the recipe so had to send her your link. The only thing I did different was add Velveeta con Caso. Love your recipes keep it up.
I make this and add cooked shredded chicken. Called Chicken Divan. Yummy! I don't use mushrooms. My sauce is 1 can cream of celery soup and 1 can cream of chicken soup!

The instant it turns amber brown and the milk solids toast, turn off heat, add a few drops red wine vinegar. Pour over eggs for bfast or your best steak before serving. Your family will want to thank me, but there's no need. It shouldn't taste as good as it does, it doesn't make sense, especially because it's so easy.
Hi A.!!! I liked your recipe today. I dont eat mushrooms at all. Everything else looked really good to me. Never had this casserole but one something like it with Broccoli and Cauliflower. I will give this a try. Yummy.

Making it right now...I’m thinking of crumbling some ritz crackers to go on top with the last of the sharp cheese. I hope I like it.
