Ed for all his flaws in the intelligence department, is the most innocent-minded and kind-hearted member of the Eds. He would be pretty well-liked too if he didn’t hang out with Eddy.
Guilty by Association. It happened all the time on the show. Like in the episode where Jimmy frames the Eds for ruining Friendship Day because Eddy gave him a wedgie.
Bro I swear to god. I was going to 2nd or 3rd grade when this show came out. And I'm now 29 bro this shit still makes me hold my stomach in full blown tears🤣🤣🤣🤣
1:39 Jonny should be grateful, not make such a big deal. And he acted like Edd took Plank, despite it was Ed. And everyone shouldn’t give Edd a hard time for something Ed and Eddy did.
0:31-0:39 I don't know what's more impressive: Ed pushing that wall with his face, or that it stayed in tact despite being removed from what kept it together. Lol
The moment where Double D quickly opens the door for Eddy to run through despite Ed ripped the fly screen just seconds ago made me laught out loud. It is also a great display of how orderly Edd is as a character.
1:43 I believe the company that made ed edd and eddy had a bulldog in the studio if I remember that correctly. So that's one of the reasons this show has great sound design.
I always found it stupid that the cul-de-sac kids blamed Double D for Ed and Eddy's behavior...i mean just because Double D is their friend that doesn't mean he's responsible for Ed and Eddy's actions. and it certainly doesn't make Double D their keeper either...Kevin should've beat up Ed and Eddy instead of Double D.
Yeah but the kids are always grouping the Eds together when one of them does something wrong. For example, in the episode "it came from outer ed" Ed steals jimmy's toy and Eddy gets beat up for it, even though he's done nothing at that point. The kids sort of treat them as one unit, fair or not. Plus, Kevin didn't actually beat up Double D in this episode, he just threatened to. They go a lot lighter on Double D because they like him better. If it had been Eddy in this situation he would definitely have gotten more injured.
True, But the kids were really just looking for someone to blame and sadly for Edd he was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Which I suppose on some level was his own fault because if Double D never chased after Ed and Eddy then the kids wouldn't have found him and blamed him.
Why is Sarah angry at Edd for Ed's shenanigans? She is his little sister and bosses him around all the time, what's stopping her from putting him in check?
I love this episode ends after Ed destroyed Kevin’s bike and Double D quickly close the door Kevin tells Double D to come here he has something for him
Kevin sometimes can go a bit overboard with the Ed’s he would occasionally take it to far that always got me angry but I understand why he acted like that around the Ed’s but he’s still one of the best characters on the show 🔥
Yeah I agree Kevin may be a jerk to the Eds at times but there are just reasons why he does for when they try to scam him out of his money & when they try to trick him at their scams especially Eddy. I still love Kevin either way no matter how much people may hate him after becoming a jerk in his mean ways when he can be funny at the same time at times when he wants to be which makes him a cool great character of him doing nice things for the Eds in some good episodes that I will always love Kevin & the Eds even till this very day😂📺💛❤️💚💚
@@tommysin194 nah, i can think of maybe 3 episodes. the 1 where he blamed them for a float disaster, the 1 where he tricked eddy into thinking a painted dencher was a gold horse shoe, and the 1 where ed was grounded
😕 Wow, just wow. Upon rewatching Ed Edd n Eddy episodes as an adult, I slowly began to realize on how awful those kids are. Even if they had valid reasons to hate the Eds (mostly Eddy for being the mastermind behind the scams and Ed for being a complete idiot), it still doesn't excuse them for being pure evil sometimes. The worst one was the episode "If It Smells Like an Ed". After watching it again, my hatred towards those kids (especially Sarah and Kevin) completely solidifies. 🙂 Thankfully, the "Ed Edd n Eddy's Big Picture Show" gave everyone a completely satisfying ending.
I especially hated Jimmy in “If It Smells Like An Ed.” Me to Jimmy: “Don't worry, I'm not gonna hurt you, Jimmy. I'm gonna help you. Just few hours of Mad Mod's hypnoscreen therapy and reeducation, and then, a nice job in a Peach Creek work farm for you.”
Eddy was in no position in to play a joke on Double Dee nor making fun of his emotions without concern of his so-called friend being punished for their well-being. He is such an uncaring and selfish bastard. Even the kids infuriated me in this episode for taking this out on Double Dee despite having nothing to do with their misdemeanors. He deserved better at the end.
0:53 um Rolf. Buddy, your house has a bathroom in it. I feel sorry for the kids of the sac being in the path of destruction and poor double D is the scapegoat.
They know if they went after Ed directly he'd probably turn them inside out, Ed is an absolute total unit. Look what he did when he had a pebble in his shoe.
kauske yeah but most of time, he’s a gentle dumb muscle. They’ve went after Ed before, and he’s too dumb to protect himself. That’s only when he’s in a bad mood
@@66DoodleGal Given he's still depicted as super-man strong at times, and is the biggest kid there, it makes sense they are afraid to go after him directly.
My favourite part was when Kevin read Double D the riot act and we heard that little drip Double D whimpering as Kevin tied his sock-hat in a bow knot.
They fear Ed, Ed could probably tie them all in knots, look what he did when there was a pebble in his shoe. Now imagine if they picked a fight with that absolute total unit.
