Corn Salsa:
6 corn on the cob
olive oil
AP seasoning
1-2 jalapenos
1/4 cup cilantro
1/2 diced red onion
1/2 lemon
1 lime
Black Beans:
1/4 lb thick cut bacon
16 oz black beans
1 onion diced
1 can green chiles
ap seasoning and chicken bouillon
1 tsp oregano, cumin, chile powder
Cilantro Lime Rice:
2 cups clean rice
4 cups chicken broth
zest and juice 2 limes
1/2 cup diced cilantro
salt and pepper
Guacamole:
3-4 avocados
1 lime
2 diced roma tomatoes
1/2 red onion
1 tsp cumin, chile powder, chicken bouillon
1 tbsp ap seasoning
1/4 cup cilantro
