I thought we all knew this stuff. Bronny declared for the draft because he knew he would be drafted by the Lakers because of who his father is. He was definitely given that contract because of who his father is. He has potential to be in the league some day, but he's a very raw prospect without a ton of upside. He's exactly what you'd expect a mediocre college player who enters the draft after one year to be.

I just think everything that's happened around him getting drafted is because of Lebron. Otherwise nobody would care and if he did get drafted he would have ended up on a normal contract for the 55th overall pick, and he certainly wouldn't make an NBA roster in his first year.

Of course his college stats were down a little. He just needed the chance to develop a little more, which he got and DID, very fast.
