Brother, if I can give you any advice Stevens transport is a great training tool and you will learn a lot from OTR driving not sure what your goals are but really educate yourself before you sign onto their contract driver BS and if you didn’t know look in to the lawsuit that Stevens, along with other mega carriers just had to pay out. Needless to say, I collected a check due to them screwing drivers over. I’m a transport supervisor now and been driving over 10 years. Get all the backing experience and driving you can there then take your skills elsewhere. It’s a great job and opportunity.
