I shared another model (same machine) in my first video. I paid about 25 bucks for that one and they are basically identical (in functions/features). But I know us crafters want the pretty one lol. Hope you can get one. Blessings....

biblescraps Really? You used a coupon? It says right on my 50% off coupon that Brother products are excluded. I live in California.

biblescraps After searching high and low, I found a Michaels that had these in stock. I called ahead to ask if I could use a coupon, and was told "yes". But when I got there they said "no". I don't know about your Michaels, but the ones near me hire the dumbest clucks you'll ever find. This machine is NOT worth $60. What a waste of time...ill just use embossing powder on ribbon instead.

biblescraps Have you actually tried printing on ribbon in your D210? Because I might buy that one since it costs half as much as the Embellish.

biblescraps I asked Brother directly about using the satin ribbon tapes in the PT D210, and here is their answer. I heard some stores don't have it but thank God for the online stores. Glad you got yours. I shared two technique tutorials using this machine one to make foiled labels and the other making vertical ribbon labels. Hope you can check them out. Blessings...

I meant to show a visual difference in this video. The most obvious differences is the new model don't have the circle and square numbers. But the newer model has 25 patterns, the D210 has 10 patterns. The new model has something called continuous frame (20 options) but I don't see that illustration for the older model. Their is also some variations for the text templates. I got all this information solely from comparing the illustration sheets that come with the units. I've noticed for some categories the names have been changed but the pictures are the same so it makes it frustrating to accurately compare and contrast. I will play with both models more and offer a video dedicated to the differences. Hope this information helps. Blessings....

You should be able to save your entire ribbon template. I show how to do this in the series. I'm not sure about choosing different text at the end but I will play around with this and get back to you. Blessings....

Hello Tee. Both models are similar except for the Embellish has extra designs but the ones that will probably never get used. Overall, both machines function the same and have slight differences. You should be fine with the older model but check out my initial video as I believe I discussed the differences. Blessings....

You would create a longer label Judy however their is a maximum label length that I don't recall at the moment. Blessings...
