Thank you so much for this video series - I watched all 4! I bought the older model on Amazon in February for $9.99 +tax (some kind of special & thought it was a great price). I hadn't used it yet so when I saw your videos I followed along. I am completely satisfied that this older version will be perfect for my needs & can't believe it was so cheap. It's still sells on Amazon (older version) for around $30. I also used the links you provided and bought some of the tapes. Got them today & they work great. Love your joyful enthusiasm and your very helpful information! You are awesome!

Shan Marra: you did well on this video, I scanned my instruction sheet into computer and made a book manual to lay by machine because it didn't take up as much room as the instruction sheet that comes with the machine. There is so much you can do with this machine that it takes a while to remember it all and I needed the manual constantly. Just food for thought.

Oh I am so glad you got this and will be walking us through the features and steps! I have wanted one for a long time....I borrowed an older model from a friend...but my anxiety issues kicked in and I do best at somethings like this being shown!! So YAY and thank you so much! Going to buy mine tomorrow so I can learn as you go here! This series will definitely give me that jump start to get really familiar and not get so frustrated!

I never mix my plugs. Due to fire hazards. I LABEL each one with my Brother label maker as to what machine it goes to. I bought my Aunt her own label machine because it was cheaper for me to buy her one then for me to keep printing her labels all the time. 😉 I love Brother products. Though I have to admit I buy many of my label products from AliExpress. I also buy from Costco, Sams and BJ's in bulk. Thanks for this video. I always like to keep up to date on new products.

Thank you for doing this tutorial and showing us the comparison of this product. I think the newer and the older model ARE the same in function but the older model is only about 30.00 with the additional purchase of an adaptor cord .I have had both and I see no difference except price is now in 2020 for newer version is 89.00 ! :- ( ridiculous. I returned my more expensive version and bought two one for a gift! on Amazon. I love the D210 and so happy you did your excellent review.

I read on the coupon info that states "no coupons" on Brother products. So you got lucky on your dreams!!!! I just bought one along with multiple cartridges... Full price... But still lucky to get cuz I think they will sell fast, including the cartridges, and may be hard to find in stock. Can't wait to to explore what all it does!

Heads up if you still use this. Joanne Fabric (both stores I went to Little Rock and North Little Rock)had every single tape you could imagine with this in store and I am pretty sure you can use coupons with no problem too. I mean they had like 12 or more types on display for this machine.

This is creating a question for me. Can you put the ribbon cartridge in the old one and print ribbon using old machine? I have the old one.🙃

I was wondering, did you ever try printing ribbon in the old machine? I can only buy the old machine in my country and would love to know whether it prints ribbons or not.

How I can write two lines on the same libel

I know this is such an old video but I was wondering if you can use generic tape with this machine? I’m mostly talking about white tape with black lettering?

How do you get the labels to stick?

Do the older 210 & the pt215e embellish label makers use the same tape? I'm looking for generic tape & ribbon on Amazon for the pt215e embellish label maker.

2021: JoAnnʻs had it on sale, the price same as on Amazon. Michaels seemed very $$$.

I have a question about the tapes. I have TZ tapes for another hand held label maker. The cartridge doesn't work in new machine. If you can send a link that will work let me know. Like to use them other than just for ribbon. Be careful. I fried an older Brother with a plug I thoight would work. Make sure it says Brother on the plug!

The same thing happened to me when I purchased the Embellish machine. I went back and each time they said it was an everyday value. Was so mad. I got it at 50% anyway but like pulling teeth to get it.

Does anyone know why Michael's quit carrying this labeler? I talked my daughter in Tampa to get one with coupon, but when I arrived back in my home town to get one for myself - there were no Brother labelers or trace of label tape in the store. I have a much older version I have loved for years but wanted to update. I spoke with cashier who said they didn't have one & not available online & no future orders. I told her I didn't think it was fair of Michael's to advertise & feature the product which encourage purchases & 3 weeks later they weren't available. So disappointed!

Not a lot of colors of ribbon or color what you can print on the ribbon, I'm not a fan of gold and I've seen no silver or white on dark color ribbon so very litmited
