Just some constructive feedback for your next videos: you rush over very important concepts and don't demonstrate things clearly enough for beginners to understand.

Thank you so much for this easy to follow guidance video. I've never know how to use until today and I did it first time thanks to you. My machine was given to me by a lovely friend of my Mum. I've never been into sewing until about 1yr ago but I've got the patchwork bug. I've just finished my 2nd lap blanket, also made a sleeveless jacket. Why didn't I try this 50yrs ago???😂😂

I actually came here to say the opposite! I've had my sewing machine for a few years and have never been able to thread on my first try, it would never catch the loop!! I watched your video and did it first try. Thank you :)

Just bought a new brother sewing machine trying learn how to thread it

Great video, I did it correctly the first time. Yay!

For those new to this like me getting stuck around 1:05 The beige thread lever that you push actually has a very tiny metal Hook that passes through the eye of the needle when it turns. I did not notice this at first but you'll see on your own device it's VERY small and the pointy part faces downward to catch the thread. If you pause really quick at 1:11 notice how the thread is both in FRONT of the needle and below the tiny metal hook (that is pointing out of the screen, with the pointy part facing downwards). Make sure your thread is BELOW this hook so that it Catches it, and then begin to release on that beige lever you've been holding onto for so so long 🤣 Hopefully this somewhat helps lol. I had to re-watch it a couple times but I eventually got it lol 🤣

what's the distance the feet opens up when you lift it? (my current machine does 5mm max, and it's hard to fit bags trough it, even tho it's more than capable mechanically of sewing those layers)

How do I tread the double needle

I have Brother but a different model! All different from this! Very confusing!

May have worked if your hand hadn’t been in the way so much. Probably more helpful for someone who is not a complete novice.

This series is very helpful. If you're open to feedback, the audio on these includes so many spit/mouth sounds that it's a little hard to listen to. This is certainly not the fault of the presenter; a little more time editing the audio would go along way.

Wow, could you slow down? And I don't have a fancy needle threader and I don't have an automatic one. So what is the next step? This was not a very good tutorial. But I guess I should have put how to for beginners. But I just figured if someone is looking for a how to thread a machine, they most likely are a beginner 😢

The part about threading the needle didn’t do me any good it does not work that way so I’m just gonna do it the normal way. Thank you for the instructions that do not work for this part of the song machine plus the lady talks way too fast she needs to slow down

Sewed 45 yrs on a sweet Riccar, 5 yrs on an industrial machine, Andy yrs on a Singer. Why in heavens name did u decide to " fix" what already worked? Keep ur hands out of the way! I am so sorry I bought this machine trying to use needle threader. Ripping my hair out!

The most infuriatingly unhelpful tutorial on RU-vid - made worse by the fact that it’s presented by the *actual* manufacturer of the sewing machines. We‘re not watching this for the sheer Entertainment value >>> so it‘d be nice if someone could cobble together a tutorial without hands covering the darn thing we‘re trying to see at 3x speed.
