We’re you able to stay connected to your internet at the same time though? I found if I connect by this video it disconnects my internet connection and my postage software is then disconnects. I would have to reconnect to the unit everytime to print.

You can only connect to one wifi network at a time.

@@thecollegepicker so I can’t use my internet postage account to create a label and send it to the AirPrint mode being on the Wi-Fi of my home network to print a label. It doesn’t work. It won’t show the brother Label printer as connected as a printer although it’s connected through Bluetooth already. Tried it several times.

@@thecollegepicker eBay labels. I’m getting 20 to 30 orders per day. I have a small storage and I have the pc on one side and the prep table on the other side so I have to go back and forth every time I finish packing to print the label. Would be perfect to print from iPad or iPhone on that prep station that’s why I’m looking for either Bluetooth or wifi

Did u buy the proper labels. This one requires a black square on the label that the printer reads to know the exact position. If it doesn’t have a black square u can’t use it

were u able to figure this out? Ive been printed at least 300-400 labels using the "wifi direct" but all of the sudden im getting " no internet connection" on my iphone wifi settings under the brother_1110nwb word

There is not a setting on the ebay app but only through the web browser sign in on mobile. I have a tutorial showing the setting on my channel but I think they moved it in a recent update slightly to the other side of the page maybe.

I think he means the blurry that you get when you’re looking through prescription glasses that are not right for your eyes.. Maybe his labels are looking like they are out of focus!

I use to print from my MacPro but since I did the Big Sur update I can no longer do that. With the update my Mac no longer recognizes the printer. Brother doesn’t have the latest driver for Big Sur. I was looking to see if anyone had a solution for this problem?

I am having the same issue. I connect to the brother unit and it disconnects my internet and my online postage account won’t work them either. I would have to reconnect to the unit to print every label.

Hi yes Turn off the printer. Press and hold the Power ( ) and Cutter ( ) Buttons for about one second. The Status LED lights in orange and the Wi-Fi® LED flashes in green. Continue holding down the Power ( ) Button. Press the Cutter ( ... Release the Power ( ) Button. That will reset printer, you will have to reconnect it to your wifi network. It resets it to out of the box settings.

It goes into a sleep mode then wakes when you send a print signal to it.

They do not have WPS

The phone connects to the printer directly not to your home network.

I believe it's something on the eBay app end and only for Android right? I have yet to figure it out because it's smooth on ios

Yes that is correct, the holder is telling the printer it's one size loaded but you are sending the signal for another size causing the error. Do you have a holder for 4x6?

Return labels are formatted for 8.5x11 because most people have regular printers at home so the companies generate them for that without option to change. I have a video showing a workaround on my channel but you need a computer to crop the label

Yeah I think it has Direct wifi connect. You can network that printer and print also from your wifi.

@@thecollegepicker Hi yes it is it’s the newest brother label printer but when I go to my email to print the label it only allows me to print it to my regular home printer there is no option for my brother printer in the drop downs

@@thecollegepicker good morning yes so what I did is hook it up, then hit the wireless button the button is solid green so I’m assuming it’s connected to the internet. I also down loaded the brother iprint&label app on both my phone and IPad . Is there another app that I should be installing on my devise’s to use? When I go into my email and open the link from usps that is my label it opens up and then I have choices of what I want to do with it example….. copy, print with hp printer, share, etc. but it doesn’t give me the option of the brother printer. I’m sorry I’ve literally bought 2 other label printers and sent them back because I thought there was something wrong with them but I’m learning it wasn’t them lol. And it’s me not knowing what the heck I’m doing 🤪🤣

Moises Benitez purchase it through Shopify’s hardware store. A Shopify account isn’t required. Just click and buy. I bought it for $279 but I see now the price is $330 but it’s a lot cheaper than other places. It may say on backorder but their supplier, BluStar recently restocked and I got mine a few days ago

Yeah it's the trade off for flexibility.

I'm not sure. Apple or brother might help with that question.

Brother if you see this it is the year 2021 why make a product that does not function through Bluetooth? Its complicated bellying belief - make it easier on us folks without jumping through the hoops and hurdles. Luckily we got some help from the college picker!

thecollegepicker USPS, I choose 4x6, but it doesn’t not print the whole thing, just the barcode, I tried again, then half barcode was printed, and thank you so much for helping dear.

@@dove5729 If you could send me some pics and video on instagram that would be great. You are getting the label from ebay, pirateship? Where are you getting the label from?

Their instructions are confusing for bluetooth. It says connect then it says "AirPrint cannot be used with the Bluetooth connection." Which is my understanding that ipads can't print via bluetooth. Maybe you can use the app for like labels but not full printing?
