i really like the finish, that you didnt varnish on top, it looks like some good natural grip on it, i like the matt brown of it, something you want on a working knife, what a great video on making micarta from about the cheapest thing you can find! and i think it works out to be the best micarta ive seen too. ( i dont even mind the blue logo on it)
+jusb1066 Thank you for your kind words. These knives get daily use and look just a bit faded from when I made them, but have held up well. I've added some satin wipe-on poly a couple times since I made the handles just because they end up soaking in the kitchen sink so often. :(
