The only thing better than a rich, fudgy brownie is a rich, fudgy brownie made with brown butter. These brown butter brownies have the most incredibly fudgy texture and that signature crackle top! Recipe: bromabakery.co...
I made these today and they were incredible! The only changes I made were adding a little less sugar (50g less) and not adding the chocolate bits, because I sometimes find american recipes a bit too sweet. But the texture and the nutty flavour from the butter were sooo good 🤤
@@bromabakerywas wondering if you could do a full video explaining the process? Also I can’t really eat vanilla extract so, is it a requirement for this recipe? I am young and terrible at cooking but I really wanted to try this out!
@@craftswithclover7162No its not necessary! Its optional, you may skip it! It just enhances the flavour and gives you great smell, you can skip it. Go ahead try them and stay confident❤
Recipe is found by clicking the three dots in the upper right corner! 3/4 cup unsalted butter 3/4 cup Dutch-process cocoa powder 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar 3 large eggs 3/4 cup all purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup semisweet or bittersweet chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate) (optional) *Instructions are in the description
This is a rlly good idea considering brown butter makes for the best cookies ( my opinion) defiantly going to use this trick next time I make brownies ( which should be soon cuz I luvvvvvvvv baking ) 😊
Tried this today. I added coffee powder and high end melted choc. So good. I warmed them up and had it with a scoop of ice cream. Also the browned butter elevated this dish. ❤ I had many compliments. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe 😊
@@nj2939 here’s the recipe I followed: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-MjJXPWVl9pI.html Here’s the recipe written out: 1 1/2 cup stick of unsalted butter (browned) 3/4 cup Coco powder (bloomed in butter [mixed in while warm]) - Separate bowl - 3 eggs 1 3/4 cup light brown sugar 1 Tbsp Vanilla (roughly) 1 tsp salt (roughly) - Mix em together - Add 3/4 cup flour and 1 1/2 chopped up chocolate bar (or chips your preference)
I really had high hopes because of the reviews but I made these today and they weren't a hit for my family. I followed the recipe to a T, but I was told the cocoa powder was too over powering 🤔 (we used dutched processed cocoa powder).
Haha I remember when u posted this recipe but like the making process on RU-vid shorts. I commented on it a few months ago. me and my friends I’m 11 years old and they are 11-12 aswell. Today We did a brownie competition and I immediately told my friend who I was working with your recipie because I made it a few times and it was amazing! The brownies came out amazing and pretty! We won the competition! Thank you for this great recipe!
Something not right here. Seems incomplete. Stuffing your face with those sinfully delicious and heart-destructive brownies does not connect with slender and a clear clean complexion. Veritas!
I made these and accidentally overbaked them just a little. They weren't dry, but they lost the gooey center. Made a chocolate ice cream base and put them in it, blended it in the ninja creami. Literal perfection. Even after being frozen they stayed just chewy enough to be amazing.
Anyone else not in love with 1000 grams of sugar and unhealthy butter ? 😩. I would substitute the sugar with Stevia 0 sugar sweetener and Avocado oil or something for the butter haha
So idk you’re watching this after 3 weeks but I also couldn’t find “the description” but turns out there’s 3 dots in the top right and if you click on it, one of the options is description and that’s where you can find it. I just learned this a moment ago lol.
@@bromabakeryDude can u please give any other alternative for eggs and how much to use that alternative (aka it's measurements) for this recipe....I can't have eggs but would die to make this recipe 😅
How come this video got recommended right when i was about to look for a recipe for brownies.. I mean im not complaining, and these definitely look awesome so im making these now
I made these last night and had hopes it would turn out good like everyone was saying, but I didn't like it. I guess I'm not a fan of the nutty flavor.
The recipe says 1&3/4 cup of brown sugar but that converts to 220 + 165 grams equals 385 grams of sugar in total…Is this the right amount or should i add less sugar?
I don’t know if it’s because I’m just giggly, but this might be one of your funniest videos. “failed movie star and future hard jeopardy question” please
I've made this twice! Amazing! I don't have to spend the $ on Ghiradelli mix anymore. I even used bread flour, the first time, and it was still super delicious!
You can use flax egg! 1 large egg = 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed + 3 tablespoons water (allow the mixture to sit for 5 minutes before using to congeal!)
Ok these are a keeper I’ve tried tons of your recipes and am a huge fan. These brownies were so good and the house smelled amazing from these. I just wanted to say thank you for all these wonderful recipes they are so goodddd!!
I used to make cookies every week and I used to make multiple dozens because I enjoyed it and gave them away but then we got evicted 5 days before Christmas and I had to move in with my sister and ever since then I lost my desire to bake idk if it’s depression or bipolar but I just have not had any energy or desire to bake anymore
Dude can u please give any other alternative for eggs and how much to use that alternative (aka it's measurements) for this recipe....I can't have eggs but would die to make this recipe 😅
I made these and they WERE delicious. However, I have to be honest. The chocolate-y goodness is so intense, you really can’t taste the nutty browned butter.
