Butter and chocolate are melted in a water bath.
Beat the egg with sugar, salt and coffee. Pour in the chocolate-cream mixture and mix.
Sifted flour is mixed with disintegrant and added to dough.
At the end we pour crushed nuts. If desired
you can add chocolate crumbs and leave the dough alone for 15 minutes.
Put the dough with a spoon on parchment or baking mat at a certain distance.
We bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes.
Brownie cookies are very spectacular and no less tasty.
