If you want to put weed in the brownies, you need to simmer (cooked on low) weed in the butter or oil for 45-60 mins, strain it out, let it cool and add to his recipe.

Chewy, Fudgy Brownies 1/3cup cocoapowder（37g） * 1½ tsp espresso powder（3g） *2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped(57g) 1/2cup plus 2 Tbsp hot water(150ml) *4 Tbsp butter (48g) ½ cup plus 2 Tbsp vegetable oil（150ml) * 2 Large eggs plus 2 egg yolks * 1½tsp vanilla extract *21/2cups granulated sugar（300g） * 13/4cup all purpose flour（228g） *6ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped（171g） Bake for 30-35 min in 177°C oven. (180?) I tried to convert the measurements to the metric system, for the rest of the world. I only have the calculations for the fudge brownie recipe but it should do. Do tell me if I’m wrong:)

I've been making the melty brownies recipe since this video came out and only just now realized he's using a 9x13 and I've been using a 9x9. Folks, my brownies are thicc and melty like lava cake and I love them just the way they are. Two notes: slightly less salt. I find Babish likes his chocolate saltier than I do but you do you. And more importantly, after pouring your batter into your baking dish, refrigerate covered for 30 minutes to an hour before baking. This will give you a nice glossy exterior and a more consistent end result after baking. I've noticed before doing this that how my brownies turned out varied a lot depending on the room temperature.

SO glad you have great taste in brownies!!! That third recipe is exactly the way I like mine - JUST cooked to NOT quite cooked, gooey and fudgy and gloopy in the middle with slightly crisp/chewy edges!!! Honestly, if a brownie is anything other than that, don’t even serve it to me. If the center piece in a 9x9 pan isn’t basically still hot batter with a crust on top, I’m not about it.

Yo Babish. I realize this is gonna be a long shot but I gotta go out on a limb and try this. I want you to make a video where you make the Brownie Earthquake, a popular dessert item on Dairy Queen's menu that was discontinued like 10 years ago. All their replacements for it and all the recipes I could find don't quite hit the same level of pleasure for me.
