I'm going to end up filling my cabinet with different variants of the 725 aren't I? 😄. In love with my pro-sport, and this is a damn good looking gun too
It will only take about 10 month until the bottom barrel starts to mis fire my friend and I had bad mis fires on the 725 pro sport in the first year mine got so bad I could not use it at reg shoots went back to my beretta and have traded it in for a beretta 694 so keep the videos coming Lloyd
hi lloyd,i won't be rushing out to upgrade mine for one of those, dont like the black safety switch, top lever and trigger guard, but that's just my opinion, looks like another European gun.
Hey Lloyd! Nice video as always.. i want to ask you something regarding the cleaning of the barrel! Is it going to make any harm inside the barrel if you use bronze or copper tornado brush?? Just to let you know it is a chrome barrel
You can use bronzed brushes in your barrel. Definitely will not hurt anything. Most importantly use a good bore cleaner and give it time to work. Let it sit while you are cleaning other components. Brush for a bit then patch your barrel until you get a clean patch. Patience is the key!!! Have a good one and May God bless
Why not do a review of this 725s & the similar looking 525s, would like your opinion as I am drawn to the weight of the 525 at 8lb 4oz the one I looked at anyway, all the best for the new year 👍
Thank you Lloyd, come on David from browning send Lloyd the 525s & the 725s for a genuine honest back to back review, I know it can’t be done at the moment with the pandemic; everyone needs to be safe, but when possible it would be great 🤞thanks again .
To bad the US doesn’t get the same version as the UK and Europe. While I’ve grown to like my 725 Pro Sporting, I’m not sold on Brownings. Plus CS / Warranty Sucks!!! I want to try a Beretta 694 or a CG Summit Ascent.
@@lloydyp not good value for the money. And their shotguns are not nimble on swing. They feel like you're swinging a 4 by 6 board. People here tend to like a lively gun. Most folks here find Browning Shotguns nose heavy and very thick at the wrist.
Too bad its not available over here in US, there is a bunch of us that dont like porting. We like the "fluted" fore arm, and a little wider rib. This looked to have all that. Dont care about palm swell myself but the gun seems to have a lot going for it IMHO.
Yeah, I have no idea porting is so popular in the states. If muzzle flip were an actual problem then porting would be worldwide. It's loud, dirty, and a waste of time.
I will get hold of one in time, but right now we are pretty much locked down again in the north east. Much as I like shooting I am in no hurry to get dead.
lol soon, I have been shooting it as much as I can given the crappy weather, but I wanted to wait til I have really gotten to know it before giving you my thoughts.
Lloyd Pattison i can’t make my mind up between the 694 and prosport! I’ve watched your reviews of the two hundreds of times 😂 I love the 694 but and my heart is saying buy it but the prosport looks better value for money! Where would you put your money?
Lloyd Pattison the nearest ground that has both is a 4 1/2 drive! I tried them both at the shooting show this year and i was told the beretta was too high in the comb for me which confused me because i was always told brownings are higher in the comb! I think I’m going to have to travel
