Note that at least on latest MPC 2.10 to play the kit previews while browsing using data wheel (like done in 06:47) you'll need to enable "Auto-play" from the speaker icon on the bottom part of the browser window (took a while to figure out why wasn't that working out of the box).

Just got a new MPC Studio, using on both my MacBook Pro and a Windows 10 PC. Master Class files downloaded and loaded up fine to start the class. Looking forward to getting through all 11 episodes!

I downloaded the files and it tried opening it and it says that the project is missing files. So no, not as easy as just dragging it over onto the software.

Just for info, I initially had issues getting files to load then I realised I hadnt extracted the zip into a folder. Once I did that the project pasted into MPC software. Only issue I had is it said I was missing an Odyssey plugin. But the track plays fine.

I’ve been working on the mpc beats software for the last few daya. So much freaking fun! Awesome videos,they helped a lot! Maybe make a video for the mpd users? That would be helpful to some extend! Once again,thanks for the informative videos!

Tried to load project files but it said I was missing plugins.

I'm using the Masterclass files, but it isn't recording anything I play. It records fine when I use a completely new project. The overdub button is lit. Is there some sort of protection on the file's set up?

I need to have a link where I can download the full drivers for Akai MPD16 to use with windows 7 and up!!! I need to get it back on track. Can you guys help me out? I'll be waiting.

So I just purchased my MPC Studio, however I can not use it because iLok will not install. It completely freezes my computer, requiring a cold shutdown. I've searched all over the internet and see loads of people having this same issue with no solution. Can I run the MPC software without iLok? This is very discouraging. I'm sure you've heard of this, any ideas AKAI?

THERE IS NO POINT TO THIS VIDEO ONCE THE NEW UPDATE CAME OUT AS THE PROJECT FILES DO NOT WORK WITH THE UPDATE.
