@@michaelkarlsen281 It transfers the driving force in neutral to the secondary clutch and according to the service manuals, this washer should only be installed in the clutch for the 800R
i have the same issue but 2018 570 pro max, ill try and see what hyappens, but i think its the bearing in the secondary thats making the noise. @@janslavsky3680
I will try to remove it today and see if it helps, i got a bearing in the secondary that makes some noise and I can move it slightly, im going to change that as well as soon as I get parts. Mine is a outlander pro max 570 2018 if that matters
@@michaelkarlsen281 when you remove friction washer from primary clutch then the secondary clutch should not move when the ATV is started in neutral. When you accelarete in neutral then secondary clutch should start moving
I have the exact same issue. Not as loud as this but it's there. It just started doing this though and sometimes it doesn't. I'm sure it will only get worse. If you fix the problem please let us know what it was.
