@@paradoxN0W Thanks for sharing. Well, who knows, but I did read in an article that they used prosthetics for the mirror shot only... So, who knows, pretty amazing nevertheless. (:
Steve Carell had done all kinds of writing/acting/improve up to this point, but THIS (29:16) was the scene and the role that truly "launched" his career and made creators like Judd Apatow (40 year old virgin) and Greg Daniels (The Office) consider him as a potential star...
Greetings from Poland. You two set up a new quality in the reaction videos genre. Will look closely to your progress in the youtube career (a.k.a. waiting for more reactions ❤)
My absolute favorite reaction channel and i watch a ton of reactions. You guys are so pure and genuine i love your laughs. Keep them coming and i wish you the best and hope your channel continues to grow.
I watch alot of 'em too. I can see what you mean. Not to say other reactors are not genuine. But you get a certain flavor of genuine people here and there and it's really nice. I felt the same way when I saw their American History X reaction as my first of their reactions, it was moving.
That was great! Just what I needed - THANK YOU! It would have had almost no effect if I would have watched it by myself … what gave it greatness was watching you guys watching it. It seems that thanks to you, I’ll have again at least one more week of excellent mood. I realize that, involuntarily, you became a very nice part of my life … what could be better than that ?? Until next Saturday, heartfelt good thoughts, huge appreciation and love from your Romanian brother …
This is the first time I've met you and I watched the video with you until the end. It was nice to see how focused and emotional you are watching a movie. I would like to recommend a similar and beautiful movie to you. "The Shack" (from 2017), I am convinced that this movie will touch your heart. I wish you both every success!
Look forward to your reaction to movies, finally a channel that is genuine 👏 Oh and that clint Eastwood rear view mirror scene...that actually is Jim Carey 😅
Thanks for the shout out guys, and this was another fantastic reaction. Jim Carrey and Morgan Freeman, that's just a magical conjunction. Kind of like you two! Cheers!! Ps, when Jim was looking in the rear view mirror, that really was him as Clint Eastwood. He is Mr. Rubber face.
Jim Carey had a whole bit in his early years where he did facial impressions. That wasn't Clint, it was Jim. You should check it out. Jim is amazing at them. Oh, and this is one of those classic Jim Carey movies that shows just how versatile he is as an actor. Great reaction. Edit, sorry to make you respond to another. 😉
Hello Mega, yeah, I researched that Clint bit and I learned that Jim Carrey used some prosthetics for the mirror shot, but obviously nothing else in the later shot. Great stuff. Thanks! (:
Hi Caterinas, we almost submitted our latest film to the Toronto International Film Festival... And we just got accepted (3 minutes ago) to the "Dances With Films" festival here in LA. Thanks for watching! (:
I agree with other comments. Lots of reaction channels, this one is up there with the good ones. I’d like to see a reaction to ‘Rounders’ it’s one of my favourites
You should react to Steve Carell In 40-Year Old Virgin and Derailed with Jennifer Anniston and Clive Owen. Clive Owen was also in Inside Man. Directed by Spike Lee. That was a good one, too.
I was going to recommend this movie to you. It is one of my favorite comedies. You guys were great too. Two other comedies that have not gotten many reactions that are really good are: Blades of Glory and Multiplicity.
@@BossMovieReactions Delighted, there are some really good movies out there that have gone under the radar. My big thing is cradle to grave app. web based role models. From the youngest of ages. Get kids started with successful positive inspiring people from the youngest of ages. The gangs, crime, drugs and opioids “may” not stand a chance.
@@BossMovieReactions Want to hear an interesting statistic. Honduras, 8.2 million people. Illegal to own a gun. Highest homicide rate in the planet. Switzerland, 8.2 million people. Mandatory to own a gun, lowest homicide rate in the planet.
@@solvingpolitics3172 Yeah, that is very interesting indeed. Although it isn't mandatory to own a gun in Switzerland, it does say something about our Second Amendment. I served in the Swiss military and we took our M16 home and put it in the closet. Thx! (:
@@BossMovieReactions Well thank you for your service. Do you want to see some heroes of mine? Please look up: season two trailer of “Undercover Underage.” The work these people do is amazing.
Hello Mike & Jessica!😊 I was looking at your list of reactions and had an idea. I know people like films Jessica can laugh at. I don't think you've reacted to a very good comedy/horror yet. One of those films everyone seems to like is "Tucker & Dale vs. Evil" (2010). The blending of both genres in this film is very well done, plus I think Jessica will get some laughs from it. Great reactions to this very enjoyable Jim Carey film, Boss Couple!!!!🎬👏👏👏👏
Great reaction guys! Reminds me of that Rolling Stones song,"You can't always get what you want... But if you try sometime you just might find YOU GET WHAT YOU NEED!" Remember we are made in God's Image. All of those powers are disposed on you, just like a hologram of many parts still shows the entirety of the image. Be True and be Whole. Love with every fiber of your being.
@@BossMovieReactions yeah, I guess technically it isn't a mustang. I know there were saleen mustangs, and the block in the s7 is derived from the 351 Windsor. Either way, it's American.
Great reaction to a great movie! Have you consider reacting to some anime movies? You must definetely react to "A Silent Voice" or "Your Name" or the series "Death Note" . Anyways, love you guys! Regards from Chile 🇨🇱
This is actually my favorite Jim Carrey movie even if for just the message alone. You folks did a wonderful reaction and end take on it. I even liked this movie's follow up Evan Almighty where Evan Baxter (Steve Carell) comes back as the main character. Jim is not in it nor Jennifer, but John Goodman is.
For me Jim Carrey is at his best in movies like this. We get some of his great physical comedy and antics but it's not so over the top as in some of his movies.
There is kind of a sequel - Evan Almighty. Steve Carell is again Evan Baxter from Bruce Almighty. Evan ended his news broadcast career and is now a politician.
even though thought patterns are created by chemical energy (or just electrochemical disturbances) that does not inherently infer that energetic brain activity (albeit at extremely low magnetic radiation) may cause some sort of unified (dispersed) 'thought beam' traveling into space.. For one there would be electromagnetic interference between different wavelengths (ie thought patterns) and secondly there is the problem of dispersion (or degradation) of signal strength over the phase/space continuum. thirdly....apart from quantum continuum, patterns do not interrelate over distance and time, only particles do according to quantum entanglement.. and sorry to say there is no fabric of space/time, no 'indentation' ...love your review though!!!
Thank you GBM! Yes, we just talked about "Jerry McGuire" the other day. You won't believe it, but I'm actually IN the movie as an extra, but I've never seen the entire movie from the beginning to the end, so it's on our list. (:
@@BossMovieReactions Oh damn... That's so cool. You'll have to make sure you point yourself out if you react to it. Hopefully Jess hasn't seen it and she can be treated to the greatest Rom/com ever made. You'd be surprised if you didn't know already how good Tom Cruise is in comedy's. He also shined comedically and dramatically in Rainman with Dustin Hoffman, another one that I'd highly recommend.
I really enjoy both of you guys... but, as an ignorant individual who's always pondered the underlying foundational principles of existence itself, I can agree on some level about "thoughts/ideas/prayers" having *_"an effect"_* on reality, yes... _however_ what *_kind_* of effect it would be, could even be "negative", I.E. you pray for peace around the world which causes an minor electrical overload at a local hospitol killing a bunch of sick elderly and new born infants *_OR_* You could pray for death and destruction of the innocent, and instead get the sudden discovery of a cure for cancer... that's just chaos theory and you could replace "pray for" with litterally *_anything_* (eating a lolipop = life spans reduce to only living 30yrs on average), etc. The problem is when people think that "praying" can *_actually_* be the cause of *ONLY* "Positive" outcomes... for that to be, you'd need more than "Electromagnetic waves, and frequencies, quantum mechanics, etc"... and if the plethora of actual testing is anything to go off of, clearly no amputee has ever "prayed" correctly, and if anything people who know they are being prayed for, statistically have less positive outcomes. Not trying to start a "God vs No god" debate, but when someone tries to dip into the "electromagnetic woo-woo realm" but *_only_* focus on the potential "positive" outcomes, I feel the need to chime in about the "negative outcomes" as well.
If it does not work out exactly how we want, God redirects us to another direction that is better for you. The only problem is we as human beings don’t see it. Always trust God’s plan. 🤲🤲
