When I heard this particular song, I knew that it was only a matter of time that he'd return to Maiden. Accident of Birth was only the beginning of what he really do as a solo artist. Chemical Wedding is the best one...HANDS DOWN RIVETHEADS!
Levyboy, dont worry this is more than 10 years ago, after he started his solo career, but before the reunion with maiden. But i think the guys, is really happy as they are at this point, i hope and think they will release even several new albums in the future:)
This song is very "Strong" I Love the part when Adrian Sing with Bruce...at "Welcome Home" Bruce have a great solo carrer... and amazing carrer in the Iron Maiden Its Bruce! Hevay Metal God
I'm glad to see just because he got a little older and cut his hair that he didn't go soft like Metallica. Bruce still sounds close to what he used to be. I can always respect that and he's in my top 5 favorite male vocalists of any genre of music i've ever heard. He can carry a note better than any of these new schmucks that are coming out nowadays.

this is his solo stuff he did it while with maiden in the early 90's then left in 93 i believe and rejoined maiden in 98 he has had a couple more solo albums out while with maiden
You're right about Adrian Smith, he's an amazing guitarist. Listening to Iron Maiden without Bruce singing (Iron Maiden, Killers, The X Factor and Virtual XI) is fucking amazing. Listening to Bruce Dickinson's solo stuff (songs like Tears of the Dragon, Jerusalem, Navigate the Seas of the Sun) is epic. If you put the greatest band of all time, with the greatest singer of all time along with the greatest composer ever (Harris), you get Iron Maiden. Wow.

Great song! Lol I'm not a great fan of Bruce Dickinson (his solo career), I saw the thumbnail in my recommended videos and thought this video showed an accident he had or something. Absolutely wonderful, and cool thing that Adrian is there too, but he deserved a solo.

Some of us had traumatic and violent births and childhoods. And some of us do survive and some of us don't. I love this album by Bruce.--One day I will be welcomed home by my twin.
It seems that alot of Bruce's solo career is musically different than Iron Maiden, alot of his songs in his solo career don't follow Maiden's heavy style, this song does alot more than the rest, but I think one of his reasons for leaving was to kind of try new things for a while. I believe he had every intention of returning, he just needed a break to renew his fire for being in Iron Maiden. You can tell that Brave New World is better than Fear of the Dark in so many ways, glad he's back thogh
yeah i use the same guage on my 5 string. I tend to play more megadeth than maiden these days though. But i can definetly get into dickinson's solo stuff.
