This man just grabs his guitar, sits down at the kitchen table and makes one of the best songs of all time, absolutely amazing!

For me this is Bruce's greatest song. Simply a masterpiece of storytelling.

One of the greatest lines ever: “god have mercy on the man, who doubts what he’s sure of” I live it a lot.

I have a problem: i can't stop listening to this song. Masterpiece.

“Tunnel of Love” is a criminally underrated album.

This is the most honest love song I have ever heard. It speaks to the raw emotions of both love and the heartbreaking end of a marriage. We all were masks to protect ourselves and others, especially loved ones. This song describes that perfectly.

I was there working as security (Law Enforcement National Park Ranger) at the filming of this video. It was filmed at an Old Officers Club at the deactivated Fort Hancock at Sandy Hook NJ.I got to sit in for a sound check with the guitar for a sound and video check. I was about the same height and hair color.He came and took the guitar and was really down to earth good guy. I have a couple of great pictures at the shooting of the video.

Brilliant Disguise is undoubtably one of the best songs Bruce has ever written. It's also very dark. The pain echoes along each line. The hard-hitting line of 'the gypsy lied' really smacks home. Couple this with One Step Up and it brings home how much of a wreck Bruce's marriage was.

I worked on this video as a second AD. We shot on Valentines Day in South Jersey. Bruce rolled up in his corvette, his jeans that he would wear rolled up under his arm. He was just so cool. What people don't know about this one shot music video was the prep and timing it took. The skill of this video is brilliant and no one realizes but it was shot by the world famous cinematographer Carlo Di Palma.

I like the song. I can’t help it though that I keep hearing Elvis’s Suspicious Minds when I listen to this song.

This song allowed me to take a real good look at my life and my relationships. It helped me to change myself and save my relationships with the most important people who love and care for me.

Many times, Springsteen is just telling a story, this is autobiographical, he lived this one. That Lake Oswego Beauty Queen kicked his a**.

I played his part in my past but you have to be in a perfect place in mind to see the (whole) picture he is painting. Everything from where he is singing it to the way the camera gets closer to him as he gets deeper into his soul, the expression on his face to all the words he chose for the song. When I was just a dumb young kid, I thought this was the most boring video. I just watched it again for the first time in years. Isn't it amazing how putting some years onto a perspective can totally change it? Amazing video, gut wrenching performance by The Boss...I see it now!

For me this is Bruce's greatest song. There are so many others that it is difficult to choose the best one, all of them are beautiful to listen to.

Today I feel exactly like Bruce once sang this, a final breakup, the phase of one life spent with the wrong person is ending, and I thank God that I have the ability to recharge my depleted energy with Bruce in songs. He doesn't even know what magical and powerful fluid he has in him, he didn't just get the gift of musical talent, movement on stage, he's mysterious, he's a magnet, I have a high respect for him with an open heart....thank you for keeping me afloat and not drowning. ..

The songs from this album dealt with genuine heartbreak that Springsteen was going through. As I result I find the songs here particularly deep and meaningful. This one is my favorite.

A lot has been written recently about Nebraska. For my money, it's neither Nebraska nor The Ghost of Tom Joad that's Springsteen's singer-songwriter album. It's Tunnel of Love. Yes, the album has the synth-and-reverb-heavy sound of the 80s, but it all works, and the songwriting is spectacular. I freaking love this song.

Way back in 1974, I was able to see this beautiful man sing, and I was hooked!

I grew up in the 60’s. So in the 80’s was spoilt with original artists where songs had real meaning. Bruce Springsteen is amazing and the older I am the more I can appreciate him as a great singer/songwriter.
