Why does every radio station always play Born in the USA, when he has written so many other amazing, amazing songs like this one - this, in my opinion is one of his absolute best! The River and Tougher Than The Rest are a couple of other classics - his solo harmonica in both of them is just unbelievable!

Bruce Springsteen is an incredible poet.

I remember the first time I heard Human Touch on the radio. It was in the middle of the night. I was driving and became so caught up in the song that I forgot that I was delivering newspapers and missed an entire neighborhood. It remains one of the most hauntingly beautiful masterpieces I've ever had the pleasure of hearing. Timeless.

This song came out in 92. Who would've thought it would become so drastically relevant 28-30 years later? Well, I've found many other Bruce songs to be relevant to many other contexts, way beyond what you would expect, so I can't be surprised really. He's just timeless...

I just had a small argue with my wife when listening to this. She said it was very loud. I reminded her that I bought the CD in 1995 in Heathrow Airport in our high-school trip to London. We were dating since a few months then, dated for more years and are now married since 2005. She agreed and in the end increased the volume a little bit further. Good memories have to kept and good sound needs to be heard loud!
