Bootsy is Narrating the album and when they sent him a copy of the song he said it was Silk Sonic and that's how they got their name.

Silk Sonic has taken us all " Back to the Future " 😉. Covid19 and Social Injustices have had us all in a downspin and this is the segway with the vaccine and social awareness to have us float to the light. Awaiting more from this project silk and funk.
