Salut tout le monde, hallo iedereen, hello everyone!
First of all I apologize for the horrible audio in parts of the video. I tried to fix it, didn't work, I laid down, cried a bit and got up and accepted my fate. It is just how this video is going to be.
Sometimes weeks are just ordinary, especially when summer got stolen from you. At least it feels like is has been. But you know what? Ordinary weeks are great too. And I have so much to be grateful for!

We want to see your sexy ID photo next time! :D The castle was so beautiful, I was gutted to have missed it but was assuaged to learn it only reopened after I left Brussels. Another aesthetic video that was a pleasure to watch, thank you.

I'd recommend reading any of Annie Duke's books. She's a multi times global poker champion who now consults with major international organizations on decision making. Her "Quit" may be particularly useful to the period of life you are in ;)

Hello! I took a Model EU Class last fall that took me to Brussels for a conference in January this year and It was so much and life changing for me. I feel in love with the city and Belgium as a whole. I was only there for a few days and saw very little but your videos bring me back there and give me ideas for things I want to do and check out if I ever make it back. Im also studying for a career in the law with the potential of working for the EU and your videos have been helpful there too. Thank you and keep it up!

Jeej another chill vlog from Brussels 😊 haha yeah going to the movies in Belgium meant for me: watching the movie in original language (English, Hindi and Italian), reading Dutch/French subtitles and, after being asked about where I am from, speaking German to two older ladies 😅 always an adventure!

Some nice images of Brussels, it looks a lot better than what I remember from my few visits. Just to state the obvious about job search, very often a manager is already glad when someone with *some* suitable skills can be found on short notice. Apart from skills, a lot is about 'chemistry' between interviewee and manager. Since you work in politics, I'd love to hear your opinion on the Danish TV series Borgen! In case you're planning to visit Gothenburg and want some tips, reach out.

@@CreRay Thank you for the advice! Brussels has such a competitive labour market, it’s hard to compete with good candidates. But I will do my best to sell my skills and use the tools I learned with the coach 🙏 and hopefully be liked by them! I am obsessed with Borgen! ❤️ it’s very realistic in terms of Danish politics. I have mixed feelings about the latest season, but there have been talks about them wanting to make a new season about her time as Commissioner. Would I love to see that happen? Absolutely! ❤️🙏

I would recommend 'Invisible Women: Exposing Data Bias in a World Designed for Men' by Caroline Criado Perez if you haven't read it yet. :)

@@annadayl omg yes, I have read that! ❤️ such a good book, I swallowed it in once piece almost! 😅 are there any other books like it? At my office we have a small feminist library, this book should be mandatory to read!

Het is ook een beetje mijn eigen schuld, ik heb dit allemaal uitgesteld en nu is het tijd 😂 heb gelukkig al mijn ID kaart gekregen, alles is in order en nu heb ik ook itsme gekregen! Voel me eindelijk als een Belg! 🇧🇪😆 zo fijn dat je meekijkt!
