I’ve been doing these videos for almost a year now. My body hasn’t been this nice in my life. This is the best power an workout you can do. If it starts to get easier, work harder. And do it faster and make your abs feel tight. Thanks Jess for all the words you spoke in this video. Love the man
Newbie here, been using 6pp for two years and still can’t go through week 5 with any confidence (seriously, the difficulty curve past week 5 is so unfair it makes those Dark Souls games seem boomer friendly!), so I was kinda happy to see Jeff still struggle with an all body weight shuffle. Oh well, at least he’s being encouraging.
Glad I'm not alone. I've been following his other ab workout for a year and I'm lucky if I can finish Twisting Pistons without a brief pause. It's fatiguing.
started doing this with my son a week ago, dying every night, haven't made it all the way through yet but definitely seeing improvement. awesome workout.
I’ve been doing this for about 3 months, along with other ab workouts Jeff has put out. The visual results have been coming in nicely, but the strength results are absolutely amazing. I am so much stronger in my abs now, it’s awesome.
I’ve been doing this every day for the past three weeks and it’s so hard I still can’t do it without stopping but I love it it’s really giving me results
LOL! My son just started this & the diet - a gift from me. I agree, Jeff is Uncle Jeff here in Brisbane. Mainly because as the 'mom' I used to spend hours in the kitchen. Now my son is cooking & if I do it takes 15 or 20 minutes. So, all hail Uncle Jeff.
You are doing it wrong. Go see the 7mins an workout video and see what Jeff cavalier says about the seated an circles at the start so you feel the pain in the stomach!!!!!!!👈👈👈👌
You have to move towards your legs to crunch the stomach every time your legs come in a straight line at the top and push it out when the legs aren't to feel the burn in the stomach the most!!!👈👈👈👌👌
Just started this. I got 10 seconds in :/ 20 seconds later my lower abs cramped out :/:/:/. Best abs workout I’ve done ever!! Thanks for the help Jeff! I got a longggggg way to go 🙌🏽

i've been doing JUST this workout for a week now and ive honestly seen so much progress in such a short amount of time!! its hard but i def recommend it to anyone who hates working out (or just isn't as athletic!) but u still wanna be able to do a quick workout and see progress!!
I thought I'd stumbled upon a 'blokes' workout in error, but just got on with things. After just two goes with this workout, I've seen measurable results; my issue being a slim form with an irritating convexity in the lower abs. I'm somewhat mystified though, as I've been doing longer, and equally intense 'women's' workouts with no results for weeks. Thank you so much.
Great workout! I hate doing ab exercises, so I really prefer them to be short and tiresome like this. I was super tired on the second exercise already and had to rest more than you on every exercise from the second on, but I’ll work my way up:) Thanks for this follow along video!
Today, after doing this routine 5 days a week for 6 months, I FINALLY COMPLETED THE ENTIRE WORKOUT!!! When I started this Brutal workout it seemed IMPOSSIBLE to ever complete! WOOHOOOO!!! :))) Best core workout EVER!!!

Just downloaded the app! I have been some of your ab movements in the past 3 weeks-and I cannot get through some of them for the prescribed time. But what I do get through has become more doable so there is progress! Very effective!

Do you know how to isolate the exercises for a specific ab region (lower abs, obliques etc.) in the app, just as shown in this video?! I don't have that option in my app.

I'm still waiting for the day when Jesse will sneak in his own outro. The same one Jeff uses, but instead of Jeff being the one sat down on a bench looking to the side, it's Jesse. And of course the whole thing without Jeff knowing XD
Maybe I'm doing them wrong. But the twisting pistons aren't bad for me. The ab circles are the worst. I've been doing this for probably 2 months now. I can get through the first half without breaks
@@x2xtreme360 The circles were fine for me at first, I wasn't doing the pistons cause I didn't want to wake up everybody in my house. But as soon as I started doing the pistons... uuff, man, they just screw up the rest of the workout. I guess I just have to improve my cardio XD
I love how he is actually suffering as we all do! XD you can tell by the way he starts bending is knees towards the end, to ease the movement and the tomato face. :D this boosts my satisfaction with my workouts by a metric ton! :D Thanks for creating this app Jeff! 15 workout days have gone by & 15 times I failed to complete this workout without stopping. Today is the 16th & I finally did it! Everybody struggling just needs to stick to this until they make it. It's extremely difficult but the satisfaction you get when you finally do it is priceless!
Great Video Jeff, Unfortunately, everytime I work my lower abs my hip flexor start to hurt (I definitely use them to much), as you say in your videos I try not to use them, but no matter how hard I concentrate, I feel it mainly in the hip flexors. Can you do a video on that?? Thumbs up if u have a similar problem.
Every day I do It I get closer to completing the whole workout without pause. First time I didn't get past the second exercice before I had to rest, now I make it to the other direction circles and complete the workout with about 3 pauses of 3-5 sec. One of my favourite abs workouts of all time!
I biked for 5 years clocking over 5,000 miles so far at least and focused more on lower leg training. I've never done ab workouts, and it's killing me trying to raise my legs. Gotta keep pushing through.
Holy moly. Out of all the ab routines Jeff has this is one of the more difficult because of the lower abs concentration. BURNING by Twisting Pistons. SMOKED by Scissor V Ups.
