This was pre Reckless obviously , just a year after Bryan turned into international sensation.

@TheShrewCat Yes, I love this particular line-up of the band, a great edgy period live and such a pity it didn't last much longer after this. It can never happen again of course, now Frankie's gone.

Except this line-up had a rawness and power none of the following ones later did, it seemed more like a real band here rather than a bunch of hired hands going through the motions.

In 1983 I was studying German at school - all those bloody tenses make it seem like they're saying twice as much, couldn't wait to drop it like a hot brick & go & listen to Bryan & co rock!

Agreed what a great interview,I was lucky enough to see the group in May 30th 2018 wembley arena. The Ultimate tour was everything I hoped it would be and more. Even at 57 he and the group were amazing,all the hits and more heaven and summer of 69 were particular highlights for myself. Awesome awesome awesome.
