Son, I'll be 65yrs this year. I want to congratulate you on your way of thinking. We need more People like you standing up for the right things. God bless you and your family. 🙏🇺🇲✌️😎
@@belvagurr403He was 9 years old. He wrote it 20 years later? Sounds like it had a double meaning. My favorite track by him. I don't think he was doing 69 in 69 at the age of nine. Probably imagining or just looking back but I definitely would say the potential of him getting his first guitar and playing it to his fingers blood was more likely at 9.😅😅😅😅😅
Canada's BOSS Bryan Adams has a huge catalogue has won many awards and still writes new music....he's actually on tour as we speak and this rabbit hole is worth diving into ❤🇨🇦
In 1991 Brian Adams ‘everything I do’ broke UK records by staying at number one in the charts for 16 consecutive weeks! That tells you all you need to know about this beautiful song!!!
THANK YOU CANANDA, for Bryan Adams,Jeff Healey,Cory Hart,Shania Twain,Alanna Myles,Terri Clark,Alanis Morissette, and TOM MACDONALD,#HANGOVERGANG🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥❤❤❤
It’s been over 30 years since I’ve allowed myself to listen to this song. When I was 16 I experienced my first love. He was an amazing human being, athlete, and boyfriend. His last JV football game they played their rivals and won. And he was the reason. He was only 5’4” but he was awesome. After the game he picked me up. We just drove around.I wanted to go to his house but he said no it’s late and I respect your Dad way too much. He dropped me off. Two hours later his mother was pounding on my door at 1 am. He had been killed directly in front of his home by his neighbor who was driving drunk. He was just 16. It rocked my world for years. This song, was the one song he told me was his song to me. He said this is how I feel about you. 😢- Kristin
Dang that is so sad to hear if he had only stayed at your house he would have missed that drunk neighbor, the events that happen in life seem so random and leaves you with a million what ifs.
@@TheRepublican777 He was insistent on going home. He was very tired from his game. Even sadder, it was an old car and the seatbelt was broken. And the driver fled the scene.
I am a U.S. Navy Veteran and I agree with your take on patriotism and our country which I love as well, and I am happy to hear it from others. Keep it real.
😭 this is the first time I’ve listened to this song since my husband died💔, I remember dancing to this and him singing this to me. It’s such a beautiful song, hold on to your loved ones and tell them how you feel every day, you never think they’ll be gone but sadly they do, enjoy your time with your loved one. Happy Fathers Day to all the Dads out there
This is the first of a trilogy of #1 hit movie theme songs that were co-written by Bryan Adams, producer Robert "Mutt" Lange, and film composer Michael Kamen. The other two were "All for Love" from The Three Musketeers (1993) and "Have You Ever Really Loved a Woman" from Don Juan Demarco (1995).
Thanks for reacting to Canada’s own Bryan Adams. He is such a soulful singer and has an extensive catalog. Love his Summer of 69. This song does pull at your heartstrings. 👏👏🥰🇨🇦🇨🇦
Absolutely love your reaction. I’m an almost 63 year old daughter, sister, aunt, wife, momma and mimi (grandmother). What you said about love and marriage so true. My parents were married 65 yrs. Were they perfect? No, but you knew that they loved each other always and forever. My husband and I will celebrate 44 yrs in the fall. Our 4 sons….born in 81, 82, 83 & 86….have all been married and divorced. Divorces that we, as parents, never saw coming. The longest lasted 17 yrs, then 12 yrs and then 6 yrs. One is on his third marriage. Two are engaged to be married for a second time….. I am hoping and praying for the last time. The fourth will probably never marry again. We wonder where we went wrong as parents, but in the end have to remember that they are adults. They are responsible for their own actions, decisions and the results of those. Happy Father’s Day to you. Love in your beautiful family and enjoy your day. 😊
My man is speaking facts. My wife and I got married after a couple weeks together, and young( I was about to turn 21 and my wife just turned 23). After 16 years we're still very much in love and still act like kids. But it take work, upstanding, and respect to build a loving relationship and no one wants to do that anymore.
My husband and I have been together for 32 years. We've been married for 29. We have lived through grief, financial struggles, pot holes and huge mountains to climb. But our love is stronger today than ever because we don't just love each other, we respect each other and we still believe in loyalty and faithfulness. We have had times when we've both wanted to walk away, but at the end of the day, we fight to stay together, to make it work, because the thought of not being together is unthinkable to both of us, and we both know how blessed we are to have met and fallen in love. We are best friends who occasionally can't stand the sight of each other lol. And we make each other laugh every single day!!!
Just watched him live on Friday night in Plymouth. His voice is still going strong even though he's 64 now. This song was number 1 for 16 weeks in Britain!
Yes, this was in Robin Hood - 1991. I was 34 and just completed a successful fight with cancer. This song is how I feel about my husband who was my rock during that time. We just celebrated 41 years of marriage and still going strong!
I'm 60, I've just found your channel as you've found my music. You're right, we are the media we consume and my media was/is the music you're listening to now. It has meaning, it brings people together, these lyrics cannot be interpreted in any other way than they were meant. Blessings to you and your family.
This is a deep rabbit hole of beautiful music - he has so many love songs. If you continue, I would recommend Heaven, and Summer of ‘69… plus MANY MORE
If you ever get the opportunity to see him live, don,t hesitate. He is among the best live acts there is and his voice is crazy, better than in studio!!
This is pure nostalgia for me. I first heard his song “Please Forgive Me” when I was 14 and fell in love with his voice from the first sound. And became a huge fan. Joined his fan club, met pen pals who became good friends later, traveled to his concerts, met him in person… I fell deep into his music right from the start. He is a very talented song writer and one of the best live performers but he’s also one the most humble and genuine people there is. He just happens to be famous because he loves what he does.
Bryan adams has a catalog of amazing music. Summer of 69. Heaven. All for love. Everything you mentioned are all amazing songs. Go down the rabbit hole bro!
My favorite Bryan Adams song will always be All For Love. Ever since hearing it when I watched The Three Musketeers I've loved it. But Bryan Adams, Sting, and Rod Stewart sound amazing together.
I'm 75 and lost my wife in 2023. I moved back close to family. Your words range so true. Everything we have or have had is worth whatever price we have to pay to keep. Thank you again for having this channel.
BP, once again you have captured the essence of a song. I love to see your romantic side. I align with all of the correlations that you described. I appreciate the way you speak for and about your wife and family... it is easy to see the love and devotion you have for them. That extends to your patriotism and especially your faith. I admire you man. Keep bringing this type of stuff because our world needs to hear it. You're the best!
Boy this one big hole you missed! This man is Canada's golden child. He's been rocking since the early 80's and still going strong! He has some if the best love songs and some serious rock tunes as well. Definitely jump down this rabbit hole! You will not be disappointed! Heaven, Straight from the heart, Please forgive me are all great love songs. Some of his other hits are Summer of 69, Run to You, Somebody, Can't stop this thing we started, Here I am (spirit movie). Best duets are All for one, It's only love and ole sol mio. This guy is fantastic when it comes to writing songs. He's done a lot of music for movies and plays as well.
It’s never to late to play for your wife. Everything I Do) I Do It for You" is a song by Canadian singer-songwriter Bryan Adams. Written by Adams, Michael Kamen, and Robert John "Mutt" Lange, the power ballad was the lead single for both the soundtrack album from the 1991 film Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves and Adams's sixth studio album, Waking Up the Neighbours (1991). My first concert was Bryan Adams in 1984 in Norfolk, Virginia when I was in the Navy. I love this song and Bryan’s concert.
My husband and I went to a Bryan Adams concert. There was nothing on the stage except Bryan and his guitar. It was one of the best shows I've ever seen!!
Bryan Adams...another Canadian legend. DEEP rabbit hole with him. Great live performer as well. He also co-wrote the Canadian contribution to famine relief with Northern Lights for Africa "Tears Are Not Enough". Lots of great Canadian talent on that one. As for Bryan..."Run to You", "Heaven", "Cuts Like a Knife", "Summer of '69"...all bangers.
Bryan Adams "please forgive me" is a great song, but Bryan Adams goat of all goat songs is absolutely indisputably "Have you ever Really Loved A Woman" top 10 best love song ever!
This song says it all. I was 14 when I met my husband and he was just 17 I married him 8 weeks before my 17th birthday . Our next anniversary will be 49th year of marriage. I love him even more everyday.
This is one of my husband's and mine's favorite Bryan Adams songs. He passed away almost 8 years ago just after our 33rd anniversary .Listening to this song brings tears to my eyes. I miss my husband so much.
My Mummy and Aunty used to sing this live as a duo when it was those times.....yes man very special....still grieving for my Mummy's dead body 6 months later...strange how art and grief can hit you in a very unique way.
Bryan Adams is Canadian and as a Canadian, I can tell you he is iconic here. My first concert was a free outdoor concert put on by Mr. Adams in Calgary. I'll remember that my whole life. His songs are authentic and your reaction is one of my fave you've ever done. Made me tear up. 😊 (sidenote: your Matrix comment was exactly what I was thinking and it made me laugh...I love other people who "know"). 💗
Yes it was Robin Hood, loved that movie too and love this song and Bryan Adams....great choice!!! Oh and Summer of 69 is an absolute classic and worth a listen....
Another Canadian born amazing musician who gained international recognition. Didn’t think there was anyone on the planet who hasn’t heard Summer of 69 lol .
I love your reaction to this beautiful song. Bryan Adams is a legend and future Hall of Famer for sure. You mentioned Heaven which was my homecoming, prom and wedding song so another beautiful choice but he has sooooo many classic rock tunes. Go down the rabbit hole and I guaranty you will be in a happy place. His sounds just as amazing live and still touring today. Check out Heaven or Summer of ‘69 from Wembley Stadium live and you will see what I am talking about and always just how popular Bryan is. Thank you again for sharing!
Bryan is one of my favorite singers of all time. You should react to All For One and One For All. It is a collaboration with Bryan, Sting and Rod Stewart!
Yes BP, you said it. This should be shown to younger generations, and the love of God. Thank you for speaking your heart. Listen to run to you and summer of 69.
The world needs more of this right now. If only it could be projected across the internet all at once to touch as many people as possible and raise the vibration. Happy Father's Day to all the fathers out there.
Bryan Adams is one of my favourite singers ever. I've been listening to his music since I was a child. He never disappoints. You should try "Heaven", "Summer of 69", "Please forgive me", and so many others.
My ex-girlfriend was best friends with Bryan Adams growing up in Vancouver. She's still friends with him, and he told her that for all of the music and songs that he wrote over his career, this song made him more money than everything else combined. It was THAT big.
