The National Memorial Day Concert illustrates what we have been left here for, to tell these stories. These men and women will physically die, but by telling and retelling these stories, they live forever. What PBS has put together holds the potential to bring people together over what should be a set of common values. To put stories to music and recitation and celebrities together with the men, women and the sufferings of families, its a national treasure. I have been to the concert twice now and I want it to become a family tradition.
