because people hate when people have the guts to do something they themselves will never do... esp when it comes to promoting healthy lifestyle choices. For example, I used to get hate whenever I told people I dont drink, dont do drugs, and dont party. I'm health-conscious and people would always view me as "boring" because of this. So to see someone living a healthy lifestyle that they themselves will never achieve because they lack discipline, all they can do is hate.
@@painexotic3757 That is so true . I also get hate for not drinking or party . Then Im boring , Strange and not a good person . Its such a weird world .

Sorry i dont hate him but he is an internet marketer and not the pioneer people think he is. Hes just loud about trying things many others try. I mean look at the title of the video. Its talking about erections. Anyone who knows anything about hairloss knows what he said here is common knowledge that he had ZERO hand in.
Scalp massage does work, but to a certain level. Blood circulation is SUPER important, but there's a limit to how much it can be delivered through massage. As someone who has the most aggressive hair loss (my two brothers were Norwood 7 by 28-30), not to mention aggressive retrograde alopecia as well, all my cousins in both families are Norwood 6-7 by 30. I am 32 and have managed to keep 90% of my hair. Unfortunately I experienced bad side effects from finasteride and had to quit. However, using minoxidil + microneedling saved my hair. I strongly believe that DHT is related to blood circulation, which in turn due to low supply leads to hair loss. I used a derma roller + minoxidil and kept losing hair. Once I switched to a high-quality pen, within two months my shedding stopped and my hair started to get thicker by month 4 with a lot of new growth. I have followed this protocol for 5 years and haven't lost ground. It's possible-just be consistent. use a good Pen and do NOT skip sessions. If it worked for me, it should work for EVERYONE.
Thank you, Bryan Johnson for being so open and transparent. You discuss matters I would not dare. And you are fearless. And we all benefit from your experience.
scalp massage is the one guys! been doing it for two years. Use hands and best of all get two paddle brushes and go all over your scalp for a few minutes every day. breaks up the dht blocking the follicles and promotes blood flow and nutrient absorbtion into follicle. My bald patches have filled in. No meds or microneedling (microneedling causes scarring overtime and will only work short time).
@@sl4983 basically just what I said. Look up Rob perfect health hair for massage tips. I get two paddle brushes and vigorously go over the scalp for a few minutes. Also squeezing and stretching the scalp between the paddle brushes. Just need to increase blood flow and circulation. The scalp will go a bit red be vigorous but not too hard
Bryan, I am a follower of your work. I firmly believe you are doing an unprecedented service to humanity. The level of investment, work, dedication and measurements for the pure health/or anti-aging process or, as I call it the “best possible aging” of humans it is a very noble cause. No pharmaceutical company, university or wealthy person has done what you are doing. And your work will be use for years to come. A big. Thank you! You have inspired me to better myself, by recovering my self-control in a big way. My grandmother used to tell me when I was little “If somebody laugh at you or about what you are doing. Is always because they envy you, they will like to be like you, but they know they can’t”. With profound admiration! Pam
I agree that his activities are interesting, and I'm glad he's decided to share them with everyone, but I don't think he's doing a service to humanity. If he truly wanted to do a service to humanity, he would fund proper large-scale scientific trials into anti-aging interventions. Science will learn little or nothing from one person's results.
I have worked in hair replacement for 15 years. It 100% happens just as much in women as it does in men. Except in women, it starts later in life and it affects the entire scalp not just the top of the head. It’s a byproduct of testosterone that causes hair loss. Men are able to take Propecia, and or minoxidil. Women can use minoxidil women are not eligible for transplants, men are. Red light therapy is also incredibly effective . The reason hair loss happens later in life for women is because their estrogen levels decrease and their testosterone levels become more prevalent than normal thereby producing more of the DHT testosterone byproduct. Minoxidil works incredibly well as long as the scalp is prepped correctly. People that have tried minoxidil and it didn’t work were not using the correct scalp prep treatment prior to applying the medication. Hairloss is incredibly stigmatizing to both men and women. In fact I would say more for women because it is more socially acceptable to be a bald man.
@@user-tn2qg5pz6j the oil levels on your scalp need to be balanced. Often it is found that people who are experiencing hair loss, have an overage of oil sitting in their pores. My recommendation before starting minoxidil would be to use a tea tree shampoo preferably Paul Mitchell for 2 to 4 weeks prior to starting minoxidil and continue using it for at least the first six months of treatment. Also realize that your hair only grows 1/4 to a half an inch a month when you are in the stages of hair loss so it will take anywhere for 3 to 5 months to actually see results. A lot of people assume it isn’t working because they don’t see results within a month or so. But the minoxidil is doing a lot below the surface to activate the follicle. And if you do decide to stop, you always need to taper off of minoxidil or you could throw your hair follicles into shock and you will lose more hair than you had originally. You need to be very disciplined in using it.
I came here for this comment. I was baffled by them both saying it doesn't happen to women. It's even more frowned upon by society when it happens to women unfortunately.
For anyone wondering. The PRP he is talking about mixed with Dutasteride isn’t his protocol. It’s a well known treatment for hairloss call Mesotherpy. A lot of Hair transplant doctors use this for their patients.

Haha, When my hair was 100% I said when I would go bald, this wouldn’t be a big deal. I claimed to shave it off. Now,my hair is receding and I go like „gosh, I need a new visual identity!“ and already found myself scrolling websites dealing with hair transplants 😂😂😂😂😂 Really true.
Yeah because Its our natural identity and youthfulness. Its what we notice instantly looking at ourselves and others. The psychological stress is proven, its also proven to decrease quality of life overall. The struggle IS real and men have every right to find solutions.
I gotten bald unfortunately, but it’s in the family, my brother is 14 years younger and about two years ago it started with my brother as well, a lot of bald spots creeped up spots exactly like mine started, if you still have your hair you CAN reverse it! I bought him a dr pen micro needling device and told him to take rosemary oil and ketokonazol shampoo, more plates more dates channel talks about it extensively and only two -3 months in and his hair is so thick it looks like nothing happened. I believe if you don’t stop doing it you can at least KEEP IT.
Sometimes balding can be a lack of nutrients/protein. Also certain nutrients like zinc, selenium, copper, vitamin b12 can reduce the oxidation DHT has on hair follicles. Also high sugar levels convert more test to DHT. I went carnivore 2 months ago and see significant hair growth all over my scalp.
@@Conservative_carnivore agree, he also takes irish seamoss and bladderwrack which has all nutrienzts the body needs, it helps a lot, forgot to mention but the stimulation process happens on the scalp directly so when you see hair falling out a dermaroller and rosemary helps a lot I even regrew my patchy beard too.
The Sound Wave Therapy (acoustic therapy, shockwave therapy) described here did help with my ED... I even bought a machine to be used in my home so that I can continue the therapy without having to go in to see a doctor.
Minoxidil gave me mad side effects tight chest muscles and heart beat pain shortness of breath and dizziness. Thought it was placebo so stopped it for a month then tried again then stopped again then used again few weeks later and everytime got the side effects. Would you just randomly take a blood pressure medication without knowing about the effect on hair loss if has? No
It does happen in women. it happens at menopause for many, thinning and piles of hair ending up clogging up the shower, and also women with PCOS, very noticeable hair loss is a symptom, at any age. Thyroid issues and Hashimoto causes hair loss too.
Totally does happen agreed experiencing issues myself during menopause. My daughters has hormone issues her hair is thinning too. Its all worrying for people experiencing this upset, be they male or female.
YEAH, -but that type of hairloss- is a _different_ classification, that type is reverse-able for women, partly in result to some stress induced situation. Women with that type of hairloss can _usually_ recover with proper nutrition and mineral intake. Generally, if hairloss occurs suddenly and randomly, it can be healed. If its "progressing" hairloss, it means its pattern hairloss over time. Women with actual *androgenic alopecia* (which is the roughest and most permanent type of hairloss) are a rarity. In my 35 years of living, I've never actually encountered or seen a woman with hairline hairloss and a balding scalp, although they do exist - I've seen some on the internet. -And the very elderly do not count at that point, balding at that age doesn't effect youthfulness and perception of self/others- You can go outside right now and see men balding everywhere across every age from 20-40.... finding a woman with actual *female pattern hairloss* at 20-40 is like searching for a leprechaun. Even the official classification proves that its completely different: _*"In male-pattern hair loss (MPHL), the hair loss typically presents itself as either a receding front hairline, loss of hair on the crown (vertex) of the scalp, or a combination of both. Female-pattern hair loss (FPHL) typically presents as a diffuse thinning of the hair across the entire scalp.[3]"* _ Female pattern hair loss is classified as "diffused thinning" vs men who recede completely. *This is because of testosterone levels, and it being converted to DHT* which women biologically -do not have- anywhere near the same levels as men. *If women* suffered the same degree of hairloss as men, the world would be in chaotic turmoil. Women value their looks way higher than men, proven with the cosmetic & makeup industries. Men don't care that much, yet even then, its a huge psychological effect for men too because our hair is apart of our identity and losing it is like losing apart of our natural beauty.
@@topg2820 No, but the statement was that ‘women never go bald’. I said it does happen to women, especially all the women who have PCOS, cancer, thyroid issues, alopecia totalis, hashimoto, various other conditions. That’s still a lot of women. Menopause happens to every woman who is alive long enough, and hair loss is noticeable. I used to have ten times the hair I have now. You won’t notice hair loss and balding in women, because they’re wearing hair pieces and wigs. You won’t notice a really good wig. As Women are stared at for their hair loss more than men, we’re judged to be less attractive, and men like women with long swishy hair more than women with a crew cut, for the most part. What men don’t know is that hoards of women don’t think bald men are less attractive at all, I particularly like bald men with a nice trim groomed beard and glasses, and men who don’t try to hide it seem more confident which is cool. I follow a channel here called Bald Cafe, because I like looking at confident bald men embracing it and shaving it off
00:16 It does happen in women. They don't usually get bald or have extreme receding hairlines like men, but with age their hair thin out increasingly. I can see the scalp of my 99 year old grandma and my 65 year old mother also has a thinner hair than she used to.
Hair loss does happen in women. I have androgenic alopecia. It’s also known as female pattern baldness. It’s similar if not the same as male pattern baldness.

Sorry to say, but reddit (assuming this is where you’ve garnered some knowledge on hair loss) is typically a world of false hope. If I had listened and continued massaging my scalp, nothing would’ve changed lol. That being said, it’s still an interesting theory. Unfortunately, if it really worked, there would be a lot more documentation on its efficacy comparative to 5ar inhibitors like finasteride or dutasteride.
I am 28, my biggest fear was losing my hair, and when I had noticable hair loss last year I looked into every solution possible to stop and reverse it. After 6 months of anxiety and insecurity, I found the only solution that didn't require taking medication indefinitely was to accept my hairloss and shave my head which truly freed me of my suffering Most men experience hairloss (women also experience it quite often), the hairloss industry is worth billions. The unfortunate truth is there is no real incensive to solve the problem. The side effects of medications like min/fin, plus the fact that if you stop using them progress will reverse, doesn't make it worth it. I speak on my own experience and understand these meds have helped a lot of people feel confident and hold onto their hair, I just personally didn't find the value in trying to hold onto something I would innevitibly end up losing at some point
Hair transplant is a permanent solution, but for whatever reason people are skeptical of going this route. If money isn’t an issue ($3-5k in Turkey), it’s a no brainer
Good for you Matt. Used those meds for about a year and made the same decision as you. No reason to take such a massive risk to fight a battle that you’re destined to lose anyway.

Actually, androgenetic alopecia does happen in women. It just is a much more diffuse loss pattern that normally appears as general hair thinning rather than localized hair loss.
Embracing my hair loss and fragility as a human was liberating albeit a long, sometime sad journey. If I can proffer any wisdom - spend your time, energy and money on things you can control. It's not that simple. People will look at you differently regardless of what you think about your balding. Notice how in movies the hero has more hair than the villain 99% of the time. Also, 90% of US presidents had good hair. Trump wouldn't win if he was bald.

Hair loss does happen in women. Many women use short haircuts, then shorter hair cuts, then very short haircuts as they get older because their hair thins or try to hide the thinning hair with extensions, wigs, bandanas, hats as they get older.

I'm really glad that there are visionaries and researchers like Brian who are exploring and talking openly about these things. Men's health issues are largely covered up or hushed from 'traditional expectations' and other cultural pressures... it's good that we're coming to an age where we can openly discuss these topics without fear of judgement or chastising men in any way. For now, I'll take my balding as one of the things that's just isn't easy to rectify, due to the lack of science of our time. But the pioneering information on aging and libido is very interesting 🧐
6 oz Water + 1t of Vit C + 2-4 drops of Methylene blue mixed together and then sprayed on the scalp prior to red light therapy makes it more effective at hair regrowth.
I started balding when I was 21 after taking accutane. Sure, I’m my 20’s I had a hard time dating superficial women, but being bald has never been an ounce of worry for me. It’s part of who I am and I can’t change it. If your self esteem is that low that you consider balding as bad as not being able to have an erection, you should really reconsider your priorities. Balding is just part of aging for most men. Just own it!

Death is the greatest insult to the ego. That is why the ego can spend an entire lifetime trying to prevent it. The point of death (if we are sensitive to our real situation) is to force us to surrender to infinity prior to death while you still can. Life is like being on a runaway speeding train, you know there is a big brick wall at the end of the line, and that you will eventually run out of track and crash, and like the hero in the action film, you do everything you can to slow down or stop the train before this horrific scenario happens. Although you managed to slow the train down a little it still has too much speed, hits the wall and you die. There are two things to do in our situation. The first thing is to live healthfully and apply your intelligence to your health and wellbeing. The second thing is to surrender and accept the inevitability of death. Come to terms with your own mortality. It is going to happen, and who knows when? How much time do you imagine you have to prepare to go? Maybe we get the bad news from a doctor, and then youre given 1 or 2 years, or less. And rather than try to surrender under the great stress and panic of knowing you only have this narrow window of life left, we can spend our lifetime preparing to let go. It does not mean to be morbidly fascinated and obsessed with death. It is more of a process of surrender to Life Itself. Like falling backwards with total trust that someone will catch you. It is not that you are surrendering to death, you are surrendering to life, because death is simply a natural process in the beautiful play that is life. He is not the first man in history to spend a lifetime on a mortality cure, and wont be the last.
Accepting being bald is bold... Growing bald is a traumatic experience for 99.9 percent of men and women, way ahead of losing your libido IMO....that 0.01 who absolutely and totally dont give a rat's behind about losing their hair are level one stoics of the Hindu Ascetic mindset, which is deep 💯
I think its really amazing how he stays youthful and its truly interesting how he did it but am I the only one that gets the feeling that theres something wrong with this guy I dont know if this has always been his appearance but he completely looks like a vampire and with that look in his eyes he gives off a vibe like he drinks childrens blood to stay in this shape
well the rich are taking blood from young people and injecting it so you might not be far off the truth. And other than a few studies in rats (that changed some internal "markers" but didn't actually make them live longer) - it's probably a total waste of time. I reckon this guy is too skinny, he will die in his 70's IMO.
Stress...though I dont believe in it but manageable pressure, stress is one of the key reasons for premature aging. But the stress I am pressing on is stress induced by other individuals, families or partners.
Well, he definitely dyes his hair, so there’s that! I have a friend who does plasma treatments on his hair plus oral minoxidil and his hair now looks like straw, not regular hair. He definitely has more hair, but doesn’t look like real hair. On my end, I’ve been using oral minoxidil for about a year now with very limited results.
Would really recommend starting with 5ar inhibition. No matter oral or topical minoxidil, you will continue losing the fight. I mean, yes the side effects are scary on paper, but for the majority, nothing ever happens. Nothing. No long term sides. No “brain fog.” No ED. Take care of your health, start treatment, breathe, and go from there. Side effects with 5ar inhibition are not long term except gyno (which effects way less than the 2% subjected to side effects). PFS is also pretty much a hoax from what I have read. If you’d like, you can start at lower doses of oral finasteride or begin topically if you still are weary. Best of luck.
Oral minoxidil is powerful but the possible sides are way worse than what people think finasteride sides are like, plus the gains and prevention won't last unless you get on 5AR inhibitors anyway.
I felt like I wouldn't be attractive anymore when my hair started thinning and it did effect my self esteem, so I decided I would try finasteride, however, it had an effect on my libido which I didn't like at all... I also found myself checking my hair daily to see if it was 'growing back'... prior to finasteride I wasn't obsessing so much. I realised I was becoming so preoccupied by my friggin' hair, of all the things in the world to worry about and I was letting something as simple as my hair get to me. In the end I realised how stupid these thoughts were, when I talked to my firends and my mum about how I'd been feeling, they told me they couldn't give 2 monkeys about my hair, so why should I? So, I've decided, when the day comes that my hair is super thin, I will shave it all. Since making that decision, I feel so much better and I'm happy that I'm not putting hormone altering drugs into my system over something as trivial as how my hair looks.
Hey bro, It is lymphatic stagnation caused by mucus from cooked foods. All cooked food is acidic. When we consume foreign chemistry (cooked food) the body tries to protect the cells by creating mucus. As the years pass the acidic mucus builds and stagnates the lymph system which is our cellular sewer system. This leads to blood circulation issues and damage to cells all over the body. The mucus is literally burning your hair off, eroding and corroding other cells of the body too. Eg Psoriasis is acids coming through the skin as the kidneys have stopped filtering, arthritis is acids corroding the bones, MS is acids destroying the nerve system etc. 99% of all diseases are caused by mucus due to a comprised lymphatic system. it just manifests differently in people depending on the strength of their genes. Eventually the mucus will override the genes in most people. To stop the balding you have to remove the cooked foods. I would advise easing in slow to 100% raw over a period of 3-4 weeks to minimise detox reactions. I cured psoriasis and stopped balding in the last two years. My hair is recovering but it takes time as the body will fix more pressing issues first before it fixes the hair. If you are lucky to have this knowledge early in life then you have a great chance of reversing your hair loss rapidly. Others who have had decades of cooked foods, those in their 40's and 50s is going to take much longer to fix. If you want to know more check out Raw Maraby on Instagram. He will answer PMs and has a protocol to reverse balding for free. To learn more in depth knowledge check out DR Morse TV
It is not just a problem with cooked foods but it is also about dirty blood which has become more viscous and more stagnant. The real problem is improper hydration, most people are extremely dehydrated from the cooked foods and consuming toxic materials such as alcohol, cigarette's, garlic, spices, etc. The plasma levels in most people has also considerably dropped because of cooked foods and improper diets. Plasma which is water with naturally occurring minerals such as those found in Celtic sea salt provides the body with what it needs to create new blood which can be then used to start cleaning out the system. You also have the problem with most people eating the wrong diet: high glucose diet. We are animals, and as thus triglycerides or fat in the adipose tissue is our primary means of energy storage. We do have small reserves of glucose in the form of glycogen in the brain, livery, and muscles, but it is only used for emergencies. Because we store primarily fat, we should then consume primarily fat and protein. Large amounts of glucose cannot be found in nature, all plants are coated with cellulose which is indigestible to all animals (only bacteria in the stomach of herbivores can break this down and turn it into FAT). When you cook plants you break down the cell membrane (cellulose) and as thus you expose all of the sugar that the plant was going to use for storage. Notice that plants use GLUCOSE or SUGAR as their primary source of energy and storage. We are not plants. Plants also do not have the need to breathe oxygen (O2) since they do not need oxygen for their Kreb's Cycle. O2 is provided already from the glucose they create which they get from sunlight, water, and carbon dioxide. We humans BREATHE and as thus we require oxygen to sustain metabolic processes, without oxygen we can die in a matter of minutes. In our Kreb's Cycle oxygen is injected into the cell using an oxygen pump which is then used to create ATP or energy. When we consume a high sugar diet, we are providing excess oxygen molecules that cause very toxic and fast combustion in our cells. This is meant to be a last mode of survival (fight of flight) we get an energy boost from glucose to run away or fight. Operating this system under this incorrect program causes excess stress at the cellular level. We are meant to burn fat most of the time (Ketosis) as fatty acid chains or triglycerides do NOT have oxygen in them and as thus the oxygen we breathe is correctly being used to inject into the Kreb's cycle to create ATP. This creates a more harmonious and tuned combustion which is properly timed and maintained by the body. It is like putting diesel in a gasoline vehicle. Sure it might run, but it will eventually clog up and damage the system, it is not optimal. The proper diet is a raw diet based on large amounts of animal based fats and protein and you can eat any plant as long as it is in its unaltered raw state (UNCOOKED). The moment you cook the fruit or plant, you have now broken the law of nature and as thus you have exceeded the bounds from what our creator has designed us for. The forbidden fruit was an apple that was given to Adam by Eve. Just think about that? Why would an apple be a forbidden fruit? Why because Satan which is an entity of (Fire) enticed Eve to serve it to Adam, the apple was probably cooked. (Fire) is used for alchemy and to completely irreversibly change the composition and nature of foods. Once you cook a food it is an irreversible process, you cannot uncook it. Fire has given us many good things like metals, glass, etc. We are electrical beings that require plasma (Water with minerals) and raw food to perform at its optimal state. If we default to our correct programs as intended by our Creator, we would easily live up to 200+ years old, disease free. @Insp.CountMortisWinshipKlaw
@@ITubeYouK You just described Lymphatic stagnation which I stated in my comment. It is our cellular sewer system. If that becomes stagnant then the blood and all other organs become compromised. It is pretty obvious that alcohol, smoking etc is bad for you and most ppl know that. The reason I mentioned cooked food primarily being the cause is because it is the main cause and most ppl don't know about it.
Lymphatic stagnation occurs when you have insufficient plasma levels to produce lymph and keep it circulating. Insufficient plasma occurs because you are not drinking enough plasma such as raw milk, raw kefir, water + sea salt, raw coconut water, raw fruit, etc. Fruits and vegetables now a days in their raw state provides a very small amount of minerals due to soil quality. Stagnant lymph is indeed a severe problem. @@Insp.CountMortisWinshipKlaw
No, women lose their hair as well as men. They grow their hair back, whereas men don't. I've noticed more stress causes more hair loss. I think they are related somehow.
It’s hormonal changes AND/or (but mostly AND) parasites on the scalp (dandruff is a clear sign ). Women will do more to work on fixing those problems. Men won’t and are shamed into acting like it’s okay “just shave your head”. Nope not a doctor just talking from experience and YES ALL hair loss is a sign of something wrong with your hormones. NO, it’s NOT “JUST” hair. Your body tells you when something is wrong ESPECIALLY your hair…we have just been taught to believe doctors and not our intuition.
old women often do not grow their hair back, and are not able to. When women loose it because of pregnancy or stress yes, often comes back, but both sexes lose hair with old age. More women wear wigs , hair toppers, extensions, because there is a LOT of social stigma around being a bald woman. Most old women simply cut their hair short when its too thin to wear long, and try to make it fluffy.
Dear men, there are many of us women who find bald guys exceptionally attractive. It’s usually the most masculine guys who end up bald, at least in my experience and I think it’s hot! Pls don’t feel sad if you’re starting to bald.

But wat if you won,t die anymore. is this not a horror? You van not, after leaving your body traveling to other dimensions, you will stick in the matrix.
The problem is a couple of things: cooked foods, dirty blood, and improper hydration which leads to our blood becoming more viscous and more stagnant. The plasma levels in most people has also considerably dropped because of cooked foods and improper hydration. We are electrical beings that require plasma (Water with minerals) and raw food to perform at its optimal state. If we default to our correct programs as intended by our Creator, we would easily live up to 200+ years old, disease free.
You should be eating raw animal products like raw milk, raw eggs, raw butter, cheeses, etc. Raw fruits and veggies are good too, but the raw meats and dairy is more important for proper nourishment. Be sure to take plasma (water with sea salt/minerals). @@heyitsnamanpam
Interesting how the people who tell me “just shave your head!” are either bald and palpably jealous, or they have long beautiful hair and don’t want the competition.
just shave it bro! embrace the bald look! lol, so many comments like that. fight it if you think the bald look won't work for u. most, if not all, will look better with a full head of hair.
@@sacnereob yeah I’m getting there I definitely feel sexy and confident and had success it’s just my family situation at home makes it hard to fully embrace my masculinity imma be good tho
Well people I had fut hairtransplant and been on medication and still I'm balding and now got a axe wound to go with it my advice is at first shave it see how you feel then go for the medications later
Genes do play a big role in hair loss, in my family we have almost too much hair.. I have enough hair to cover 4 heads. Yes, I'm a woman, but my brothers have a lot of hair too, my son's have the same thick hair..If I were the opposite, I would get hair transplantion and tattooing of the scalp..I saw that done and it really makes you look like you have more hair that you do.. One of my male friends did not have enough hair for transplant so he went for the shaved head look and then had his whole head tattooed with dark nubs ,with a low hair line and he looked soo good..
Breakfast like a king (warm, veggies, organic meat, eggs for example) Lunch like a queen. Diner like a pauper. Stop eating after 6 afternoon, early evening. Vitamine D3, k2 , most important.
You guys are talking about about what Dr. Brian Nathan talks about with Nitric Oxide production in the body (or lack there of) regarding erections/libido issues/hair loss. Blood flow issues and Nitric Oxide production in the body.
FWIW: Earlier this year I had a significant bald patch on the crown of my head. A colleague even drew attention to it at a company dinner. However, in the space of 6 months I have somehow managed to regrow my hair to the extent that there is no longer any noticeable difference between the crown and the rest of my head. Because I was trying a number of things at the same time, it’s difficult to know what role each thing played. But, in short, I dermarolled once a week, applied rosemary oil with a scalp massage on the other days, and increased my protein intake (including collagen peptides). The loss of hair was noticeable within two weeks of upping my protein intake.
@@Fzero1453 Certainly. For several years I was finding my hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower. When I'd shampoo my hair I'd find a lot of hair on my hands. I then started consciously trying to eat about 1g of protein for every lb of bodyweight, including using an organic whey power as well as skyr yoghurt. A few weeks later I started to notice that I wasn't getting hair on my hands after shampooing. And my wife said that she had noticed less hair on the bathroom floor when she was hoovering. I hope that helps.
I have the same issue but in a way feel like that’s worse because I didn’t realise until too late that I was actually losing a shit ton of hair/density from the back and top of my head whilst hairline was untouched and still looked good in the mirror.
Guys, talk to doc about ~~Finasteride~~ My thinning top front is stable - MUCH better. Also vits with BIOTIN, COPPER, B-COMPLEX, etc. Also Minoxidil drops. Being Asian does has not hurt me...
Look the guy is clearly not 100% mentally balanced but he’s certainly pushing the boundaries of what can be achieved and in the future he may be seen as part of the new age of improving overall health
It's concerning that Bryan is unwilling to discuss his hair implants, hair dye, and Peter Pan complex. He needs more friends in his life who will bring him the honest truth.
