Bryan Kohberger Announces An Alibi After Three College Kids Killed Instagram: / intothedarkpod Discount Codes: mailchi.mp/c6f... Listen on Apple: podcasts.apple... Listen on spotify: open.spotify.c... Saturday True Crime Update
I have a hard time understanding why the roommate waited until morning to call 911 even though she was so spooked by the man she saw that she locked her self in the room all night. It makes no sense to me and I’m wondering what the full story behind that is.
they waited till noon. and they had a friend who was over there call from DM phone. sketchy af. Oh and its suspected that DM is a trans. so shes a he. oh how the plot thickens. Free BK!
It confuses me too, but I heard someone else mention on another video that apparently underage drinking/drugs are super villified in America (I am European) so maybe they didn't want to get in trouble for it and just genuinely passed out. People react to fear differently, we can't really know what was going through the minds of two young people unfortunately
This has been something that has been on my mind since. Also, and correct me if I'm wrong, she posted this to social media before calling the police. 🤔 something just didn't add up. Children have been known to be stabbed almost to death and fight or flight kicks in where they're able to reach a phone moments after. A grown adult should have been able to unless she was not in the right frame of mind. And if she wasn't then her eyewitness testimony can't be truly trusted either.
@@gggigii I don’t believe it’s so highly scrutinized that it would justify not calling 911 in the case where you were so afraid they you locked yourself in a bedroom for several hours. I would be willing to bet the police would be more thankful that someone called the police in this situation than them being afraid they would get in trouble for drinking under age.
@@michelleg6414 I considered that, but from the sound of how brutal the stabbings were, if she waited so many hours I’d think blood would soak through sheets/blankets?
Why ask why? It's impossible to say why someone does or doesn't do something in such a frightening situation. Perhaps have some more compassion and respect for the deceased and their surviving loved ones. Just shameful and disgusting for you all to keep victim blaming. 🙄
@@okiegranny4844 if they were so use to having people in the house why was she in a frozen shock state after seeing a guy in all black in the house if it was so common for people to be at the house?
@karaMcg721 it will show his phone wasn’t by the crime scene!!! There’s no way around it he’s guilty!!! Plus I didn’t hear they proved his phone wasn’t off!!
@karaMcg721😂😂😂😂 he’s in jail for the last year and a half, without bail. Dude is guilty af. Law enforcement knows it. Otherwise he’d have an option out. He’s toast. Won’t see a day of freedoms ever again.
I feel like there are too many 'coincidences' for Bryan Kohberger to be innnocent, but there is no way in hell that that roommate checked on her STABBED friends and thought they were simply unconscious. There is NO way!
Guys this was more of a quick overview of the case and then the update. She could have done a long video like others, but this is more of a quick update video with his newly released alibi added in. If you’ve seen full length MWMH episodes, then you know how thorough Peyton is with her research, storytelling and respect for the victims.
If i remember correctly...One of the girls didnt live in the house anymore and was just stying there for the night or weekend. Also it was a 3 story house and the 2 girls were upstairs and the couple (xana & ethan) were in the center
Where did it say he liked to drive the roads near the murder house? I think he’s formed his alibi around the evidence, but at the same time it will be crazy if he legitimately did happen to really drive around the kings road house for fun. And then by chance, his DNA just happened to end up next to the dead body for no reason other than bad luck. And that the real killer just happened to match his physical description. And the it turns out he’s been separating his trash into little ziploc bags to hide around the neighborhood for years. And that all the character witnesses are are colluding to paint him out as a weirdo because they’re really only jealous about his Asian harem (yes, people are claiming that Kohberger is actually a chad, with multiple Asian women frequenting his apt for nightly booty calls). The list goes on and on, can’t wait to hear the real evidence argued in court.
Officers have said that there was so much blood all over the rooms and the victims, yet when the roommate went in the eoom in the morning, she thought they were unconscious? Wouldnt she of seen the blood? This case is beyond suspicious. I just want to know the truth, rhe whole truth and nothing but the truth. so far, it doesnt seem like thats what we're getting
Ehh I’m torn. I know shock can completely shut your brain off even fear. Who knows but if there was evidence I’m sure the police would have arrested them by now. It’s not fair if someone completely innocent is getting dragged the mud and make her life harder after seeing what she saw and also I’m sure survivors guilt on top of it. Like they said regardless none of the roommates attacked would have survived regardless by the sounds of it
No record says that she knew they were stabbed. It's not in the PC or in anything released on the court website. Everything is sealed. No one actually knows anything. The part about her "knowing" or anything for that matter is pure speculation. Including the wounds, SA or anything else that wasn't found in the orders or seen in any of the court hearings.
The entirety of the case against Bryan will come down to one self identified eyewitness, with a dubious story. Bryan has no connection to any victim, their friends, their family or co -workers. He never worked with them, travelled with them, dated them or partied with them. He has no prior arrests, no history of violence, threats, stalking, intimidation of the victims or those in their orbit. He is without a motive. There are no eyewitnesses, earwitnesses, fingerprints, footprints, or video of him coming or leaving the house at 1122. There is no DNA of any victims in his car, house, office or apt. He appeared at a doctors office for a physical 3 days after the bloody, brutal stabbing murder of the 4 victims, and had no cuts, bruises, scratches or injuries. The indictment of Bryan appears to have been built around speculations, rather than investigators following leads of those persons of interest, who had motive, had anger issues with the victims, had means and opportunity.
Pretty amazing that, if it was him, he managed to get no blood on himself or in His car. And that Dylan thought he roommate was just sleeping. The scene was description as being horrific.
Even IF his alibi was true and credible… WHAT ABOUT THE SHEATH?! His DNA was IN THAT HOUSE! That’s what I haven’t ever seen spoken about. Outside of the far reach here and there that it could’ve been planted. But if one of his belongings with HIS DNA ON IT was in that house but absolutely no one who lives there claims to have known him, how the heck are we/any jury supposed to believe it wasn’t him?!? Innocent until proven guilty, but I have always believed this was going to be a very open and shut case once it’s delivered to the jury because it just seems SO OBVIOUS.

This doesnt make sense….. how did she not see blood? Why did she wait to call or like ther must be more details with that. Also the comments are arguing whether his phone was even off- they have like barely anything on him…. The dna from the sheath i guess but like this doesnt look good… very confusing
My speculation is that BK never went to Wawawai Park that night. Certainly not to stargaze, as it was overcast and foggy. That park had also closed at 4:25 pm (dusk). I think he had his phone with him from the time he left his apartment at 2:42 am to the time he returned. During the murders’ time frame and did escape, he removed the battery from his phone, rendering it undetectable. He replaced the battery around 4:48 am so that it would ping on the cell tower near Blaine, ID, which is miles south of Moscow, thereby proving he was still driving around but nowhere near the crime scene. I don’t think his alibi will hold up in court even if my theory is not correct.

The alibi of traveling to a wifi disconnected Wawawai Park fits well, exxept that his cell connection ceased only at 02:47am , 5 minutes after departing WSU carpark and within cell tower connectivity range. (2hrs) Perhaps his phone slipped accidentally into a key fob protection bag (Faraday bag) and lost ALL signal for 2 Hours. BK be chillin' ....
So many creators have covered this, I feel like the research here was a little thrown together and not really well explained or accounted for. I wish you were a little bit more spot on. Maybe 10 min video wasn’t enough time?
Guy was sleeping over wtf, some lady moved out months before...I wonder if there was a money exchange at all. Bryan would be a perfect hitman if he didn't get so confused

Lets not blame the roommate or victim shame. She was traumatised. She didnt get any sleep. She wasnt in her right mind. She didnt wanna believe her friends were gone. Lets remember who the true monster of this story is and lets focus on the victims in a good light, instead of questioning their truth.

Yes, she does, and her interpretations of alleged inculpatory evidence are reckless and misleading. She casually throws out lines like "he could have been working up the nerve to enter the house," which have no place in a sober commentary on the case.

@@robertmeadowfield4346 we still dont know what the murder weapon is or where it is, yes the sheath COULD have links to the murder weapon, however no weapon, means the dna on that sheath is irrelevant at this point in time. Common sense Robert, use it.
