Ugh September on Kohberger trial, more than likely, but … I get what the new judge is saying he does not want to hinder the jury being in a trial all summer with school kids. I love he was like - yeah not happy to be here - I was volun TOLD to do this case ..😂
I feel like the internet is making me mentally ill. I had a lot less anxiety pre-internet. Everything has changed. We know all the crimes and all the bad guys and for the love of the Lord, there are some evil sumbiches out there!
Between Sarah Boone & Brian Kohberger, I keep wondering what has happened to our judicial system? Since when do defendants get to make such crazy demands?? At this rate, if they are just going to keep hand holding these two & dragging everything out, they might as well just let them go and save the tax payers all the money that is being wasted. It is just so ridiculous!
Crazy demands? You are forgetting yourself lady. These people are innocent until the prosecution proves their case and they have the right to a vigorous defense. Styling them in criminal clothing is nothing short of psychological manipulation. Would you want this for your loved ones if they had to defend themselves? Grow up. The only issue here is that you're already convicted these "defendants" of yours.
They should charge her rent..., time served so far,... Never mind attorney, fees due. Oh dear, too late dear American taxpayers. The show goes on. Absolutely reprehensible, trying on the slipknot in the legal system. What a waste of the constitution. Loose the cameras and see how quick she cracks. Like really,... @@janewright315 apparently you haven’t seen the videos & Sarah herself blabbing on during her time at the police station… so I am not judging her, she condemned herself. However, I was really talking about the unending demands, Sarah expects to have someone come do her hair & makeup… that goes way beyond street clothes. She has had so many lawyers… I feel sure the reason for that lays at her doorstep! She has behaved horribly and gotten away with it! And now Brian Kohberger, wants special treatment too? I watch so many True Crime videos that show the actual court proceedings, some wear street clothes, some don’t, but the other demands, I have NOT seen that! I feel sure that their lawyers can give them a “vigorous defense” without Sarah’s hair or makeup being done and/or either of them wearing street clothes. In case you have forgotten, they are both in jail on suspicion of murder & Brian for multiple murders; so the jury is going to know regardless of what clothes they are wearing. I ask you the opposing question, if it were your children, family members or friends that were murdered, would you appreciate the red carpet being laid out for the people on trial for taking their lives? If that makes me seem juvenile, I apologize, but I am old enough to remember when having a differing opinion than others, was encouraged and applauded! Thinking for oneself and not just go along with whatever was popular at the moment, was considered strength of character, not something to be feared. So thank you for your response, I respect your opinion & don’t judge you for not giving me the same courtesy.
We all know the lawyer keeps asking for it to be pushed back cuz she wants to continue to get paid. At some point the judge needs to stop moving it. We have deadlines for a reason, so Ann Taylor work on it!!!
@@45square did we watch the same video? Ann Taylor was asking for September. She needs to stop taking other jobs and just focus on this one since it’s a big one already. Like I said deadlines! We all have them.
@@PilotCristina prosecutors have missed multiple deadlines in giving over discovery. She’s filed 17 motions for discovery and just got the last of it September 6. She has never missed a deadline. This is also a DP case. They take time. She also doesn’t really have a choice taking on another DP case bc she’s the only certified DP public defender in that region.

I think he's regretting the whole thing. It's been almost two years and he got caught pretty fast. The high he got from it is long gone and he's not going home.

I know many of you wanna be his boy toy 🤣 but with what this guy is accused of, he could have an outburst and go wacko around the room which is exactly what I believe he did in that house. Crime Talk, Has the prosecuting legal team considered approaching Kohberger with Covid/Grad school compromised state of mental faculty plea deal? What if Kohberger can be influenced to confess his true motivations and grant society a graceful resolution to this horrific nightmare?
I’m 49 & disabled. I’ve taken Adderall for 30 years & vape cannabis for pain daily for 12 years. I also use gummies to supplement the vaping (or when I’m gonna be w/o the vape) WITH Adderall & have never once had a psychotic episode. I’d never vape again bc oh heck no. Adderall mixed w/weed doesn’t do that. If anything u wanna clean or play video games. Not steal a Hummer(!), drive the wrong way on the highway, k!ll 3 innocent girls & flee. Ever.

I don’t need a driver’s license or insurance because there is no injured party. I don’t have to follow the law because no one was hurt. Is that really what a criminal defense attorney believes?
