Defense attorneys are a special type of ugly. They try to discredit people that aren't on trial. i.e. a recovering addict, has all their previous misdeeds brought up, a stripper gets stripped of her dignity on the stand, and other 'normal' law-abiding citizens that happened to witness something heinous get berated about every minor infraction that can be dug up to discredit their character. Gross. Disgusting. Underpaid, court-appointed showboaters that would rather have a win on their record than to see justice be served.

He should have taken the plea deal because there's no way in hell with Jurys going to find her not guilty and she's going to have to serve way more than what the plea deal was .
Ik I wouldn't but be an me to sleep at night if I was a juror and didn't give Jorge some kind of justice for what she put him through, unless she has a card up her sleeve, but I can't imagine what that would be that would be enough

Sarah's lawyer is incredible .....if the state didnt hand over evidence that they have then they would be filing a Brady Violation for not being given evidence. Its for the Defence to decide what they have handed over what is pertinent to their case. Exculpatory or inculpatory. The Prosecution arent going to do the defence for them
Thats a lie about his hand coming out of the suitcase!! If his hand was out then he would have been able to open the entire suitcase he would also have had air to survive!! There was a reason Sarah wanted all of the original evidence in her cell and a laptop for the electronic evidence. She was finding every piece of plausable evidence in order to narrate a new version of events!! We know the baseball bat was used on Jorge however we dont know if it was prior to him getting in the suitcase or after. We know she definitley attacked him prior due to the scratches on his neck!! For all we know she beat him with the bat to force him into the suitcase ....we know that they werent playing hide and seek because the neighbours both gave statements saying they were arguing as early as 19:00 and it continued until 23:00 when they heard something falling down the stairs which suggests that she forced Jorge into the suitcase upstairs and then pushed him down the stairs!! We know she had the strength to flip the suitcase because the video proves it

Court TV reported 3 days ago that the sheriff's daughter's phone number WAS NOT saved on the judge's phone, and that one of the camera's in the judge's chambers recorded him entering her number into his phone to make the call to her.

Weapomizimg the police to control Jorge. She took his i.d. for the love of the truth! Facial recognition on her phone. Jorge cpuldnt call the police on her. She already established enough false police reports. Bailed him out of jailed, chased him down at his safe place, his parents. Begged to get his funeral information. And the ring he was forced to wear!
Sarah is surely a straight A student here…she’s quiet, listening, taking notes - good on her 👍🏽 But I must say that Ray Charles & Stevie Wonder 25:03 can see Suitcase Sarah locked up George - and left him there … not in self defense but in self importance - her life mattered, his clearly did not…as she left him there to die a slow death.

Wouldn’t be surprised if Boone testifies that Jorge’s hand was coming out of the suitcase but she didn’t capture that part on video. She seems to lie with ease, ugh.
