Right thing to move the trial..if prosecutor thinks they have enough evidence against BK...letting the defense smooth one over on them....prosecutor said there is No evidence tying BK to the victims...you dont just whack 4 people you don't know...yea..he a strange dude..but not a k@#$%R..if the prosecutor only has that one little piece of evidence on the sheath...than this man walks..police hit kopac...found the knife an sheath...placed the sheath at the scean..thinking Kopacfingerprints were on it...he's gone...case over..but when it came back with BK DNA on it... Whole thing changes... BK an Kopac were friends..an at one time Kopac showed that Bar-k to BK..he handed it...most if not all military or x military guys have that same Bar-K...if the prosecutor can show BK bought a Bar- k online...then game over for him..but right now as we all know it..there's just not enough evidence to find this man guilty...prosecutor goin really have to step up there game in order to send this man to prison...

It’s almost like sticking with the old innocent until proven guilty and let the facts come out in court logic and reasoning is the best way to go. All these clout goblins have caused this. Ya Thompson had his tantrum when the defense was trying to get the “proof” Latah County would be unfair to the defendant. His only shot was preventing them from collecting evidence - and they knew it. Since the judge allowed the defense to collect said evidence, there was no point in trying
Even though I’m a part of this community, in my videos I’ve always said it’s a mistake to move the trial; it is apparent the defense has forced the change of venue. People in Latah County do not have a mob mentality. I am glad for the change because I think the media would have been the problem that would have made it impossible for the court, the jurors and the community. 🙉
It’s really not that big of a deal, change of venue seems very upsetting to people. 90% of online viewers most likely will watch the trial online. It doesn’t matter.
If I was the prosecutor I would have spent zero dollars and trying to fight the relocation of the trial. They KNEW it was gonna happen. They spent NONE of their valuable prep time researching and preparing arguments about this. How much did the defense spend on this stuff? How much time and effort getting the trial moved that kept them from doing work to prep for the trial. In the war of resources that any high profile case represents of the public defender VS the county prosecutor....The prosecutor won this round. The trial got moved (which as you stated NUMEROUS times WAS GOING TO HAPPEN NO MATTER WHAT) as expected and it cost the prosecution like an hour to type up their bullshit boilerplate argument. I think if the court doesn’t kiss his butt the defence will then say he needs a retrial because they didn’t move the trial. Seems to take longer and longer to get to trial

I do not agree with this. Bryan gets everything while Richard Allen's judge gives the defense absolutely NOTHING. Bryan's judge is going above and beyond to give him a "fair trial", and Richard is doing EVERYTHING to NOT give him a fair trial. There is even less evidence in that case than in Bryan's. This is BS.
Absolutely incorrect, Richard Allen’s judge needs to be removed & should have been a long time ago. I dont believe Richard Allen is guilty & have seen zero evidence he’s guilty, and I don’t believe Bryan Kohberger is guilty either. However, the prosecutors have given absolutely nothing that’s been requested. However, on RA, that area knows absolutely about the “Pagan” group that is in the area, including the court system & will be a benefit to Allen. Richard Allen has no evidence to convict him in a court of law that we’ve seen thus far. Please have faith in all of us people to do the right thing.
Yes, but with all the hinky stuff that Judge Gull has pulled in the Allen case, she is just serving up grounds for an appeal on a silver platter. She should have recused herself a long time ago….it’s obvious she’s terribly biased.

Re: Number of drinks KR had- she said she had 4 drinks but did not specify how many hours it took her to drink them. 4 drinks over 4 hours would probably not make the breath-o-lyzer to be over the limit.
The prosecution could have argued that all the media coverage could weigh in his favor because all references state innocent until proven guilty. Honestly, I haven't seen much on the case outside of social media, mostly YT.
This seems like it’s just as much of a win for the prosecution. The court is just making sure burger has no way of appealing when he is found guilty. Which is probably why the prosecutors didn’t fight it.

The two blogs PR and Inside Looking blog have lot of e-data link to the author. The WSU incident and BK dismissal will be a obstacle yet to be overcome. The jigsaw pieces show missing parts of the puzzle that lead back to BK taking the back roads to avoid CCTV and phone signal hidden. But did she say she had 4drinks in 1 hr? Or the entire night? That’s makes a big difference. If it was a 4hr party and she had 4 drinks, then she would not have been drunk t the end of the 4 hrs.
@@henchyheld3925the dna is 20 skin cells and the state has to show how they got to a point they did it all legit vs manipulating working backwards because they wanted him. They had their eyes on him only They also took 3 other males dna which was more of a sample, discovered it belonged to 3 different males then went no further, why? Thr state says they don't know why thr labs didn't run that so they can't answer for it. I doubt they got a sample good enough and when you study how long labs take based on what they had and when he was arrested there was just not enough time
