The longer the judge drags it out, the more famous he will become, just like the starstruck judges in the OJ Simpson trial, the Kyle Rottenhouse trial, and the Parkland shooter trial.
Nonsense? You mean his constitutional rights that the state are messing with and wont provide the evidence and more importantly the chain of said evidence!
@@LinaSchafer-j4dThank goodness we have an expert here who was there when the murders took place to inform us that BK wasn't there. Just his dna that was on the knife sheath. You should tell LE you solved the crimes. All the professionals can go home now. 🤦
Yes, WE are ready for the actual trial, but a man’s life is on the line and they must follow the proper procedures to ensure there’s no appeals if he’s truly guilty. Innocent until proven guilty!
@@sarahb2004 yes, the prosecutors/ DA are playing with a sociopath/psychopath/narcissistic killer who believes he is going to get away with murder and he honestly believes his own lies and furthermore he has an narcissistic defense attorney that he has convinced that he is innocent of any and all the charges 😳 😂 so, we wait patiently so the four victims, their families and friends will be able to have Justice ❤
@@LiarSlayer01-gb7en I’ll reserve my judgement until I have seen all the evidence. There’s a gag order, so no way someone can say for sure one way or the other 🤷♀️ luckily we live in a country that doesn’t prosecute on what people hear on the news about a trial.
This witness said he was not the main guy with the call detail records, so was the lead a FBI? If so, why isn't the FBI testifying? It seems like too much is left out, because this witness was not the expert. Maybe the FBI just refused?
*CAN ANYONE ELSE FEEL THAT TENSION??* HFS… you can practically *SEE* it 😳… definitely hear it! In everyone *BUT* Anne’s voice! *STATE EFFED UP… AND THEY KNOW IT!*
Did you see the judges face when the penny dropped that the chain of evidence is so dodgy and what went infront of the grand jury was suspicious. I had it on my big TV screen and he was literally mouth wide open shock.
Idaho has a history of screwing up major cases like this my guess is they screwed up somewhere down the line and they are trying to bury that screw up. They are used to only being accountable to themselves and only answer to themselves.
There’s nothing shady. Defense simply wants cell phone data info to get another crack at an alibi. They want to see that evidence to build their lies around it. They need to brush up on rules of evidence and its procedures. Meanwhile there’s how many terabytes of other info they’re not going through?? 🤔
She worked for the state in the office with those now her opponents...she knows their weaknesses and imo knows they play dirty so she has the upper hand. This hearing was wild. Look at the judge at minute mark 24min. The penny drops for him - the witness admitted to deleting his log of work which is wild when dealing with a DP evidence log. Wild. And the judge knows it.
@@danidan9917thank you for pointing out that timestamp, I’m new to following crime cases. I usually follow civil cases. Wow I’ve never seen the judge with that expression before.
If it were one of my kids that died in the manner like those 4 kids did, I would be enraged. The judge needs to get this whinny, dunce to stop the whining and start lawyering.
Its wild he didnt save his session on the software. Shes showing very clearly chain of evidence for what came to the grand jury was non existent. Watch the judges face when the penny dropped what she was gettin at. Priceless. He knows these guys Fd up and Anne is all over it as she should be. Every part of the process should be recorded for purpose of clarity. This witness showed there was zero reason for him to reset the software. He should have saved it! End of story. It should not have been shown to the grand jury when there is no trail of how they made the documents!
The system isn't supposed to "work against" anyone. The system is required to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt to convict someone of a crime. Every US citizen has a right to due process. If you think people should be convicted based on the court of public opinion, then maybe you should move to North Korea.
A genius who drives hos own car to a crime scene and leave a knife sheath behind? That would be incredibly stupid. He can't be both a genius and an idiot. He is innocent.
True! You know what I would say if I was living in Pullman and they asked for my alibi from 4 til 4:30 and I was distressed because let's say I didn't remember...I would say oh but for sure that's not me driving around for almost an hour in circles, parking, and doing a three point turn to park again to show what my ultimate destination was (a tucked away residential neighborhood 10+ miles away where I claim no connection to anyone there 18 months later even). I would beg for more time but I'd at least say that's definitely not me like you claimed it was in the PCA and I need no video to show me that it's not me because I don't lurk/case places like Richard Ramirez with a slightly better form of transportation. That would be my beginning of refuting info on the PCA that said I was right there. Then I'd give an actual alibi.
Doing a wonderful job? Lol You’re the one thinks the detective she was questioning is an expert! You’re wrong and you don’t even know it. NOBODY should think he’s an expert! He’s just a regular cop. Anne knows he is not an expert. The prosecution knows he’s not an expert. He knows he’s not an expert. But here you are falsely claiming he’s an expert. Tear up your armchair law degree dummy.
@@jessicabrown648 I hate to be that person but it takes awhile for these kinds of cases to go to trial. The defendant only waived his right to a speedy trial because they was waiting for the discovery from the prosecution to be turned over to them. And just look at this last hearing, the detective found cell phone records that he’s had for awhile and had forgotten them. Whether the suspect is guilty or not, is not important right at this time we can get to that later on but why and how this detective forgot that these records where turned over to him and wasn’t turned over to the prosecution so that they can turn those over to the defense after all this time, is not acceptable imo.
@@americanprincess851 I agree he deserves a fair trial. And I don't really think he's getting a fair shake at this point in the game, how are we supposed to think it will be any better at trial...
@@jessicabrown648 I agree that he deserves a fair trial. I don’t think he’s getting shake at this point either unfortunately and I think the defense team knows it and they fighting really hard for him. I don’t think the trial will be any better either. But I’m glad that the judge decided to change his mind and have some of these hearings open. Yeah I’m worried about the trial too.
AT is doing what defense attorneys do... but why isn't all this in the framework of a trial??? If they have the evidence that we think they have - DNA, phone, and car... this case isn't going to be very complex. The complexity becomes trying to keep jurors focused on the facts and evidence, and not get confused by the smoke screens. My opinion - he's guilty as sin. Why did he do it? Getting a PhD and an eventual prestigious job would prove all his bullies and naysayers wrong. His relationship with WSU was deteriorating (proven by emails that have been attained through FOIA requests), and his education was derailing. He snapped. It's way easier to believe BK did this than to believe in any conspiracy. And conspiracy for what purpose? None. You would have to believe the Moscow police, the Idaho State Police and the FBI are in on it. And for what? It's a joke.
@@killereverb3928touch dna is bs. He literally could have touched it in a store. She's proving fruit of the poisonous tree in regard to how they got him.
Why is nobody understanding that she is trying to prove 'fruit of the poisonous tree' in regard to the evidence and lack of chain of custody. The deletion of the software records by the state is wild. Absolutely wild. And the judges face said it all when the witness waa testifying. Mouth open shock.
So they give a super wide alibi..Prosecution doesn't want to hand over what they have so defense can build the alibi around it? They want a more defined alibi first?
@@Ashley__Rose that's not how the legal system works, though. They don't get to withhold materials they're legally obligated to provide the other side because they don't like the defendant's alibi.
She won't be ready until the prosecution finally complies with their legal obligations to turn over the discovery and the evidence from the 2022 PCA. That's how trials work.
It's taking "so long" because the prosecution still hasn't turned over their discovery or evidence from the 2022 PCA. Yes the female prosecutor is annoying, but her boss is the one who should have been complying with his office's legal obligations to get this on track for trial.
@@karyntownsend I'm a William and Mary Law Grad and current attorney by profession with 18 years of impeccable legal service. (I mean Honey?) I'll wait for a reply And I'm just getting started
If the suspect wasn't in the area, why is the defense so worried about it? Accusing prosecution of not turning over infornation. If he wasn't at the murder scene, he wouldn't anything to worry about.
How could 1 person brutally kill 4 people? I don’t believe one alone person could brutally murder four people! Plus, the two young ladies who survived waited 8 hours before calling 911? Something about this case is very weird!
Four liquored up people who were sleeping or in bed relaxing. They were used to having people come in and out of their house, they were very relaxed about that.
From my understanding (they really needed someone to show the computer program at work), what the investigator did I think makes sense. Like the data itself wasn't deleted, just the settings/session on the software wasn't saved. The data wasn't altered or deleted, it was just put into a software that reads the data and makes it look nice and that activity wasn't saved. Now I'm not sure how investigations go or if you're supposed to screen record everything an investigator does, but it doesn't seem like its relevant to the argument of 'they didn't turn everything over'.
Everybody is like what is she doing? well her job...yes, she is but she is a narcissist F of a lawyer, she almost saying that the expect is an idiot...I work with lawyers and I study law too and it is a tactic. That is how they do it and because the accused studied law too he knows all those tricks. Unfortunately for the families of the victims. There will be a trial eventually but it could be at the end of the year.
Why does the prosecution not have to provide it? The judge knows what it is. Its law i would think? Must be more to it but shes trying to have this acquital making this detective or qhatever look bad too.
Judge Judge, thank you!! Enough is enough. Every time I see this guy, all I can think of is 4 kids that will never have 1/4 the chance this guy gets now. Also, the amount of taxpayer money being dumped onto his case could be better used elsewhere. We all know it. So please keep pushing them to end these ridiculous hearings.
Now that we are able to watch real live trials, Im astounded at the amount of repetitiveness over every little detail, every question or answer has a sense of conspiracy behind it...🙄🙄 Everything is dissected until there is barely any admissible information left. All the evidence or testimonies that the jury are not allowed to hear is insane. There is way too much wasted time for such ridiculous reasons . Im extremely disappointed in our judicial system☹ Im suprised cases make it to trial in 4 years , at this rate it will soon take 8 The amount of time & resources wasted (especially on the guilty ones) is just unacceptable.
What did this guy actually do pertaining to this case? I’m confused! He lost, didn’t get, filed mishandled and has a certificate in how to make simple tasks into an absolute mess! I really hope the cell ph information the prosecution is not releasing is not from him! If it is I can see why they don’t want to hand it over… it’s probably not worth it & are crapping their drawers ! Can’t the defence get the info they want they same way the prosecutors got it? Idk this whole thing is just turned into a “somebody messed up” hide & seek game . In my opinion
And you have just proven her case...he can't get a fair trial by a jury of his peers because they have pumped so much misinformation out into the media about his case.
If I'm not mistaken this judge made plea on behalf of the alleged murderer🤯 Never have I ever 😵💫 We need a background done on this Judge... No regard for Victims Families. Order in the Court .
Because when he asked Bryan how he pleads.. Bryan stayed quiet. He declined to enter a plea on his own behalf. The judge had to enter a plea on his behalf and he can’t enter a guilty plea on his behalf because of the “innocent until proven guilty” situation in a court of law.
The prosecutor had the right guy and it was a huge mistake to not make them prove it in a speedy trial. Instead Brian Koeberger let his attorney talk him into waiving his right to a speedy trial was the first and most compelling mistake imo. If there were more speedy trials we'd see more exhonorarions
On the other hand, when someone is acquitted, people don’t always believe the person is innocent and LE never pursue the right person. Idk if BK is innocent or guilty, but hopefully, the right person (s) eventually get convicted.
There should be a firm deadline, for his complete alibi, one week before the deadline for ALL of the trial evidence. Otherwise, the defense is just going to make up an alibi to fit the evidence. This judge has no balls.
How about the prosecution, after a year and one half, tell us all the evidence they have proving Brian is the one? If they had it, it would have been made public by now. Doesn't something seem fishy to you and others?
the defense finally got the information they were asking for. AT proved they withheld and destroyed evidence! its only a matter of time until they prove he was at the park! BK is innocent!
You are still pushing rumors that have been debunked by the prosecutor, defense and judge. This is unethical and irresponsible. You keep blatantly lying.
