The video you're about to view shows the first run of the freshly rebuilt engine. The test is performed primarily to set up the carburetion and timing - we do not perform power runs on fresh rebuilds.
I don't suppose you measured the throw of the crank did you? There's a possibility two versions were in circulation. The initial 'wrong' stroke, then a reduced one, to keep the A70 within 750cc for AMA racing purposes. Cheers Pete
