Actually Frieza's ultimate is called "Destroy the Planet" for the same reason the Ultimate on his next form "You will Die by my Hand!" has it's name, it's because that's the phrase Frieza used when doing those attacks

Final Form Frieza's ultimate makes a lot of sense to me. When he used it on Namek, the planet didn't explode since he didn't use enough power. Despite the name, that move fits in pretty dang well!
Frieza's 100% Form is just absolutely fabulous. A perfectly fitting throw, a paralyzing move and a unique power-up for his Blast 1s, a Destructo Disk-type attack that reminds us all of his fight with Goku (Epic fail on Frieza's part, but still memorable), one of those very rare charge attacks (Which also happens to have been used as a cool energy shield in the anime), and lastly, a really epic beam-type ultimate. I mean, come on, when accompanied by the music at 4:23, how can that NOT be cool?
Pump Up was used in the Frieza Saga when he had increased his power. Except in the series when he used it, it had shattered his armor way before he transformed to his second state.
Pump up is actually a good reason to have. I think it refers to Frieza powering up just a little, destroying his armor meanwhile to scare off Vegeta. But in the end I don't think Afterimage would fit, neither does Pump Up. I would choose rather an Explosive Wave or a Full Power Charge.
Actually, that's what I told my friend when he watched Buu Saga. He's a big Gohan fan, so that was a huge blow to him. He stopped watching anything past Cell after that, refusing to accept Buu as canon.
Pump up makes sense for him to have. When Vegeta asks Frieza to transform, the first thing he does pump up his upper body, destroying his armor in the process.
The Death ball Frieza used to Destroy Planet Vegeta was Supernova Which Cooler AND Frieza Used before it only make sense he uses a death ball here and his final form too
Yeah. Can't wait to see how Tenkaichi 4 implements Golden Frieza. I wouldn't be surprised if they make a Z Frieza and a Super Frieza. With DBS Frieza being already in final form with a transformation to Golden.
Frieza is my favorite Dragonball character and hes always my favorite on the Dragonball games. He was so much better on BT3 compared to how he is on Raging Blast now. On Raging Blast they made him much slower for some stupid reason. I hope they make him faster on Raging Blast 2 because speed is the most important thing on these games. I also miss first form Friezas rush move from BT3 so i hope they give him that move again on RB2 and the final form and 100% form could need them too.
1st form Frieza can't have the attack he destroyed Vegeta with because then he will look more powerful then final form Frieza, but they need to make his attacks planet destroyers! His transformations in DBRG are the perfectest they can be!
@XemikDarkness During the time before Goku became a super saiyan Frieza WAS a physical powerhouse actually. He was much stronger than anybody else in the universe.
there was one move they should have added for his final form..that angry blast he used when goku became super sayin and refused to believe that one was in front of him..

0:40 Personally, I think Pump Up is there to represent how Frieza bulks up slightly to mock Vegeta's demand for him to transform. But then again, who can say for sure?
@Omega2040 That's actually one of the things I'm glad they changed over the course of the Tenkaichi games: giving the characters actual rush moves instead of the same CRAP over and over.
Yeah, and that line doesn't even match up. That should be on Perfect Cell's S. Kamehameha, not SP Cell's Solar Kamehameha which was supposed to destroy the SOLAR SYSTEM.
would be nice if Frieza's Death Ball... I mean Destroy the Planet, which really's just a Death Ball, would be like in Supersonic Warriors 1, where it will have a 100% of killing you opponent if Frieza survives or don't switch teammate within 50 seconds
@vault3000master Trust me, its supposed to be pink, keep in mind when he used it on Vegeta the camera was close range so it would look darker plus we had a dark background which would make it look Red As for piccolo, i'm not sure what that move was as he fired a small red dot and then a beam appeared Regardless, I don't think it was the Death Beam he used on Piccolo
@RavenFinsternis Its not really, The saiyans are a pirate race and arrived on the Tuffle HomePLanet. The Saiyans were welcomed to stay, but then the Saiyans attacks the tuffles and wiped them out. and King Vegeta, named the planet after himself
I think the reason frieza's destroy the planet attack doesn't actually destroy the planet is cause it didn't do it right away in the show since frieza likes to lie and say something will explode in 5 mins when it's really like an hour away
@@dougtheghoul2845 Budokai 4 will probably be disappointing. It will definitely have DLCs and microtransactions and stuff like that, there will be less fighters than Tenkaichi 3, and if they'll change the gameplay to be more like Xenoverse than I will definitely give it a pass.
First change I'd make with Frieza's first 3 forms are for their support techniques. Hi-Tension for the 1st Form, Pump Up for the 2nd Form and Finish Sign for the 3rd Form. For Frieza's Final Form i'd change both Super moves. Full Power Death Beam instead of the barrage, and that technique he used to blow away Krillin instead of "I might die this time".
they could have done more with "i might die this time" in the show he knocked him flying around before he sends him into the ground, it would be cool to see a whole rush out of that move.
i might die this time, really needs a new name and needs to be longer, its also my favorite of all frieza's moves, but in the show frieza destroied nameks core, he didn't make a giant explosion, it took a LONG 5 minutes before it started falling apart.
ta if I ever make a dragon ball z game all of frieza's ultimates would be death ball, super death ball, super death beam, and supernova, so in other words all forms of of frieza would be able to use the skills...the skill settup will be like in bodokai 2, slots that you can put skills in
@shadow99919 i know, its weird he didn't comment on that, its my favorite frieza move from the show, and was happy it was in the game, but it needs a better name and to be more like the one in the show.
@gamersunite26 I agree with Crazy Finger Beam, it should have been more like Spirit Ball Attack, if it hits it goes into a cut-scene, just like they did with RB. But Supernova did fit with Mecha Frieza though and so does the Death ball of his 1st form. Although they should have replaced it with Supernova, this Death beam fits fine either in my opinion. But I was always more a fan of a hit followed by a cutscene or something like that, looks way cooler and more fun.
