From BaofengTech, an amp for you DMR HT that will do both TDMA (DMR) and analog on the UHF band. I'll show the features of this amp and we will do some power testing with the unit in this episode.

the fact that the model number has a "25" in it makes me think 25 watts is all it was designed for, not that i have a problem with the power, just saying. great video, im slowly making my way through your videos, lots of great stuff.

I have been using the BTECH analog only with my Wouxun kg-uv9G pro(5.5 W out). My SurecomPlus meter is showing power out of 47 Watts on a repeater channel. My power supply is 20amp continuous 30 peak with 13.8 volts. Good improvement with hard to reach repeater over my 20 W kg-xs20g plus. Lol I’m currently using this HT+u25amp as my base.

BEWARE... I bought 2, put the first one on the power meter and although it activated my radio fine my power meter said 5Watts, no more than just the radio. After checking all connections I put the second one on and boom it does 35Watts no problem, so I opened the first one and could easily see a huge blob of over solder shorting a power transistor to a resister. I had to soak up a ton of solder to get it right. This tells me they save money by NOT bench testing their equipment before selling it, They let us do that and go through the hassle of returning it if it's not right. NOT the way to run a company...BTECH is on my "only buy cheap stuff you wont be disappointed if it doesn't work" list.
