BTS - Deep Dive Day 2.5: Vocalists Unit ft. Alex & Therese! 

I think when we talk about V's voice it's easy to forget that despite being a natural baritone, he has spent his entire career working to match the three tenors in their group. They can't change the key for him every time it's his line, so he's gotten very good at using his higher register and it's part of what makes him so incredibly versatile as a performer. He still sounds deep, it's his natural tone, but he's still matching the member's note for note. I especially loved it during the pandemic era when he started to get a little more confident with doing adlibs and started adding these little runs to their live performances.

Jin's vocals are magical in these songs for me. My ears always search for him in the vocal line. 💜

BTS harmonization is the bomb… heavenly to my ears.. agree with Therese BTS always gave their all at every performances.. saw them live many times and every time they always gave their all even when they were sick or hurt… for me their voices together make my heart move…

Please listen to Stigma to see V's vocal range. He is incredible! V is my fav and also Jungkook. I can't get enough of their voices. However, I can't think of any other group that has 4 amazing vocalists. That's what sets BTS apart!

Here, lots of people keep recommending V's Stigma. I agree it's my fave V's song. He said after that high note he was done. It would have damaged his throat. Jimin apologised to RM and the vocal line because of him all of them had to sing falsetto because PDogg, their music producer, thought it was the way to go. But RM replied because of Jimin's voice BTS stands out. A well-known Korean music critic Kim Youngdae said Jimin's voice was the most important auditory element of BTS sound and compared it to Michael Jackson. Without Jimin's unique vocals, BTS would have sounded just like any K-pop boy group.

Ah pity House of Cards wasn't live performance. It is a beautiful live performance where you can see emotions on their faces. I agree Therese BTS live performance is the best. They have group synergy that is very magical. Without the synergy, what's the point of technical, perfect voice? In The Truth Untold, again, I agree with you, Therese. Jimin is the best because of the emotion in his voice. His high note gets most listeners. And very unique and tells a story. Jungkook has a steady but ordinary basic voice. V is good (he is most heartbreaking in Spring Day) and Jin is emotional. Zero O'clock is also very good, I don't think Alex should react to BTS deeper good quality discography if Golden is his best BTS solo album. A mishmash mediocre product of Scooter Braun's people.. Bieber, Mendes sounding songs. A heavily company pushed album with payola. An album Army4Palestine is boycotting along with protests of Zionist Scooter Braun. Jungkokk was the 9nly one who had no hand in producing this album. All solo albums had heavy member input, especially in writing and composing. V didn't write Layover but made detailed suggestions. Jimin's debut solo album was a success and even choreography he was involved in, and he hadn't even created a mixtape before like the raplines. Thats is why you can watch behind the scenes and comments on their albums and productions of all solo albums except Jungkook and V. I am sure Jin will also be involved in his first solo album soon. If Standing Next to You is your favourite Brandon, it's a poor taste. It's a pastiche, and live performance is bad. Therese, I don't think they have taste, sorry. They don't like Lost? Not even Cypher? Omg they really don't have taste. J Hope is my fave rapper, but RM's new album is a masterpiece. If one of them loved Golden (Layover is way better compared to it) and Standing Next to You, then I don't think they should watch J Hope's Lollapalooza concert. It was LEGENDARY.
