Yes! In their Tear album which is the album before Idol came out is where they have a song called Anpanman. He’s basically right about why Kotaro likes Anpanman (so it’s good he’s already familiar who Anpanman is), though BTS also explicitly mentions in their lyrics how Anpanman gives a part of himself to help others which is why they referenced Anpanman in this song too and why that song goes well with Love Yourself Tear album

100% agreed from a fellow south african 🔥 also a little side note, this song is heavily inspired from a subgenre of Dance/House music in South African called "gqom". From the use of whistles and the very specific rhythm in the percussion on the track.😆
